We loved this condo. It was conveniently located, cozy and clean. It had a great decor and a lot of space. Everything we needed was in the condo. We would absolutely stay there again.

Left on 12/19/2011 for a stay in December 2011
We wrote to you previously and explained how bad it was in our unit with no hot water in one bedroom and the kitchen sink.
There was no hot water in our bathroom to take a hot shower when returning from skiing, my husband had to shave with cold water needless to say that we were very very unsatisfied. We expect Vail Management to give us some compensation for our lack of comfort. We have been renting this unit for the past three years and previously we were in another unit for 2 years. We were always satisfied, but this year was a big desappointement. We expect to be compensated for our discomfort and misery for the week of December 3, to the 10th 2011.

Left on 02/23/2011 for a stay in February 2011
Great location in a very comfortable room. Went with wife and three other friends. Had one of the best skiing vacations I have ever had. Short walk to Lions Head Gondola. Awesome weather helped. We liked the Evergreen Lodge, and Suite #609. We would go back. Thanks!

It's a little dated but it sleeps 8 people easily. I would put it on the level of a holiday inn, it's a great location at a great price, right on bus stop. Walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead.

Happy to visit snow. Happy not to shovel all winter.
Corpus Christi, TexasFriendly, comfortable, great for kids, no hassles.
Left on 03/10/2010 for a stay in February 2010
We had a most wonderful time in Vail, CO. We stayed for 6 days, 5 nights at
the end of February/beginning of March. Transportation by bus is very easy
and makes staying anywhere convenient. We didn't have much interaction
with the hotel staff. Check-in was a breeze. Just go straight to the room
and enter a combination lock that you were given ahead of time. Rooms
were clean. All beds and pullouts were made up. Plenty of towels, extra
blankets, and pillows. Very well stocked kitchen (although no blender).
Only complaint I can think of is that the beds are very firm (quite hard).
But, there was so much room that it was not a big deal. The bathrooms had
plenty of dressing area so even guests using the pullout in the living room
had a place to put their personal belongings that was out of the way of
common areas. I like the large table so everyone can eat together. Enough
television channels to get our favorite news and cartoons. Attended a
conference at another hotel during this stay and had no trouble catching a
bus to the meetings. Tubing and riding the gondola was great fun (open
Tues-Sat). Gondola is free to foot traffic after 2. Kids'/beginners' hill with
small lift and magic carpet was a great and relatively cheap option. Plenty
of greens at the top of the mountain, too, if wanting a longer beginner
option. And, didn't have to take a long, slow road back to the bottom. My
mom broke her wrist this trip and got the best care possible at the Medical
Center right there in town. The toy shop in the Vail Village had some less
expensive things for kids to buy. We ate in so can't say about restaurants.
There is a restaurant and lounge in the Evergreen. Looked decent. -

Our Stay at the Evergreen Condo 609- from December 3, to the 10th was very good! The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed cooking severals meals during our stay. The only comment or suggestion we may have is ..... they need new non-stick cookware, the existing ones are rather unhealthy to use. Otherwise we enjoyed the place.

Duluth, GeorgiaExcellent condo and a great location
Left on 01/06/2010 for a stay in December 2009
We rented 609 in the summer and again in December. It is perfect for two
couples, with the large bedrooms. Location is great with both Lionshead or
the Village easily accessible and if too cold, the Vail bus line is just out the
back door. Good hot tub and pool, plus having the sports bar in the lodge
was handy. View of the mountains is okay, just have to ignore the hospital
parking lot!! Had some early morning occasional noise from the parking lot,
but tolerable.
Staff at Evergreen/Vail Mgmt, is very responsive. We had a malfunctioning
smoke/CO2 alarm and the maint. guys were there quickly to repair. Biggest
negative was no printers for in-house lobby computers. Get in the real world
and get some printers for boarding passes!! Thank goodness the Vail Library
is nearby and allowed us to use their computers and printers. -

Left on 01/06/2010 for a stay in December 2009
Although there appered to be many properties, Glenn was unable to help me choose the appropriate unit and was devoid of any ideas or opinion. I would not call him for next year, whereas I have called the same person when staying in Summit County for the past 3 years. Although the Evergreen is an excellent location, the unit is in severe need of an upgrade and cleaning. An old 27" TV in the living room and 12" in the bedroom? You can buy a flat screen 42" for $700. This is such a simple thing to improve the guest experience. The microwave did not work at all. The stove tops were uneven and moved. The carpet was stained. With the money we spent in one week the owner could substantially improve the unit.

Very pleasant 2 bedroom apartment - within 5 mins walk from Lionshead lifts (or you can take the bus). Thoughtfully decorated. Enjoyed ourselves and cooked most nights (apartment is well set up). Underground parking means the car is always set to go as well.

Philadelphia, PAVery nice, well-located condo
Left on 03/05/2009 for a stay in February 2009
This condo in Evergreen Lodge is very conveniently located -- a short walk to Lion's Head and a quick bus ride to Vail Village. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen contains everything needed to eat "in" every night if you want to cook. Although it is at least ten years old, the condo seems to be well-maintained. The Evergreen staff are knowledgeable and eager to help.

My daughter, her son and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen condo. The hotel staff, although not responsible for the condo, was most helpful. Parking was convenient, the room was spacious with all amendities, and the view was terrific. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Vail Mgt. Company and this particular condo.

The beds were the only disappointment in the condo. My daughter slept on one of the pull out couches and the mattress literally looked like a small pool. My other daughter reported that her bed was hard as a rock. Nobody in our 5 person group reported a good mattress experience.
Since sleeping is paramount to a good vacation, I feel the mattress problem needs to get resolved.
The living quarters were pleasant.
