Topeka, KSA great unit in a great spot
Left on 10/04/2012 for a stay in September 2012
Our condo was very nice, the view from the large windows was wonderful, and the convenience of the location was superb, as we could walk easily to the center of Vail Village. On the negative, we arrived after 10:00pm, and found no water turned on in the unit. It took several calls the next morning to get through to someone, anyone who could help. We got water on fairly quickly and all was wonderful from that time on. I certainly felt that management should have made sure that was taken care of before our arrival, but at the end of the day it was a great trip.

34334Amazing time - Perfect House
Left on 05/13/2012 for a stay in March 2012
We rented the house during spring ski season and had an unbelievable experience. The home is well situated near downtown Vail Village and is within walking distance to the ski lifts, restaurants, and night life. The home was extremely well appointed and it was obvious that ownership had spent the time and money to add first class finishes. The daily maid service was an unexpected but appreciated benefit. We all enjoyed our vacation and the home played a large part in making everyone comfortable for an unforgettable vacation.

Chicago, ILBeautiful Vail Rental
Left on 01/19/2012 for a stay in January 2012
This condo is great. It is stocked with everything you need. It was especially nice to have everything we needed, and didn't have to buy things like laundry detergent, spices and basic supplies. The location is wonderful, we walked right into town. The views are beautiful and the rental agency was responsive and easy to deal with. Great closets, bathrooms and overall just a beautiful condo.

Happy in Vail at Tyrolean
FloridaLovely Condo - Good Location
Left on 08/24/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We had a great time at Tyrolean 5 during our visit. The condo is perfect as far as decor, cleanliness, and all the amenities of a great hotel. Beautiful linens, bath fixtures, kitchen appliances - etc. The location was very convenient - just a short and serene walk down the Gore Creek pathway to Vail Village. My kids loved that part. The only issue, but not a huge one, is that there was some noise at night from the interstate as it was close to I-70. But the traffic quieted down immensely in the evening. The sound systems and flat screen TVs in every room was a real bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great and it was obvious the owners put some of their own money into it for upgrades.

Condo was perfect for my family of 6. Teenager had his own room and bathroom. Our two little ones shared a bedroom. Our 10 year old was a perfect fit for the loft nook. The layout was great with the nice large central room. The only complaint is that the tv/sound system is very complicated and requires 3 controllers and a wall switch to be coordinated. The heated floor in the master bath is a nice touch. Having the underground parking was great given we received 33 inches of snow in the first three days.

Denver, COAs terrific as it looks!
Left on 02/05/2010 for a stay in January 2010
Our vacation experience went extremely well. The
condo has been recently renovated with high quality
craftsmanship. The layout is conducive to lots of
socializing as a family or with friends.
Moreover, the unit is only a 5-7 minute walk (even in
ski boots!) to the chairlift.
I highly recommend this unit. -

DallasGreat Condo!
Left on 01/06/2010 for a stay in December 2009
This condo is Super! Easy check in process and parking. Perfect location - within easy walking distance to the lifts, restaurants and shops of Vail Village. Very nicely appointed and well maintained unit with new high-end appliances including a washer and dryer. The supplies in the kitchen left nothing to be desired. Tile floors in the bathroom are heated keeping things nice and cozy. And the the living room has a nice big fireplace and a great view of the mountain. We would definitely come back to the Tyrolean 5!

DenverNice place but needs A/C!
Left on 09/10/2009 for a stay in August 2009
This place was a very nice remodeled condo. The beds were comfy, the appliances were new, great location and it was very clean. However, this place should not be rented out in the summer. I rented this place with 8 of my friends and the temperture inside reached 87 in the middle of the day. That is just way to hot to be comfortable. The thermostat had a/c as an option but it did not work. The living room has great big windows but they need blinds if people are staying during summer. For the price I paid, I really feel we should have been able to be comfortable. That just didn't happen until the sun went down. It was still hot at night but the ceiling fans did offer some relief. I wasn't sure if the condo had a/c or not so I called the weekend maintenance line twice and never received an answer. The only time I would recommend this place is during the middle of winter or when A/C is installed.

HoustonBeautiful - Conveniant Location
Left on 07/22/2009 for a stay in July 2009
I stayed in the Tyrolean 5 with my husband, two small children and 18-year-old niece for 9 nights. We loved it. The place is very spacious with a great kitchen. The views were beautiful, and we loved being close to Gore Creek, the Ford Amphitheater, and the restaurants in Vail Village. The only drawback was the noise from the freeway and street. We needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, and the big trucks, etc. frightened my 2-year-old who is sensitive to noise.

New York, NYTyrolean 5
Left on 10/21/2008 for a stay in March 2008
Tyrolean 5 was a beautiful condo within 2-3 blocks walk
from the shuttle bus to Golden Peak, or a quick walk (under
10 minutes). It was 5-7 minutes to walk into Vail Village.
The condo was clean and newly renovated. Maid service every
day, included in the rental fee, was fantastic. The kitchen was
easy to work in, the counter sat 4 easily, great for a quick
breakfast for the kids. The new washer and dryer were
conveniently located just off the kitchen. The living was all
windowed with a gas fireplace and very comfortable to hang
out in. The bathrooms were all spotless and brand new, the
only problem was that the master bath had a sliding glass
door and required some maneuvering to get into the tub.
The 3rd bedroom on the main floor only had 2 twin beds.
The only real drawback was the loft bedroom. The loft space
was up a winding metal staircase and the room was like a
cave. It would not comfortably fit adults and the kids didn't
like it. The futon like bed was uncomfortable and angled to
fit in the small space.

Potomac, MarylandVery nice, not enough room on the loft
Left on 10/20/2008 for a stay in April 2007
Our stay was during spring skiing conditions. We may have enjoyed it more had there been more snow. There wasn't enough room on the loft. The beds were not comfortable. The kitchen was good. We met very nice neighbors.
