The place is very confortable, walking distance to the Golden Peak ski station.
Excellent service and response from Vail Management Company.

It was our fourth trip in Vail, Co. We use to stay in an hotel downtown the city. Because this time we were with our son and his wife, we decided to rent a condo via your website. The appartment was exactly like what we had seen on the pictures. It was well located (close of the skilifts), 2 nice bedrooms, comfortable, very clean, and...quiet. Next time we are four persons, we will try to get the same appartment.

Service was good.
Kitchen is updated altho not laid out well.
Location is excellent - near Vail village and ski lift.
Amenities are fine.
Could use a couple of new humidifiers.
Again, like the location and easy parking. -

The unit is in a great location. The furnishings are nice. There were a few little issues (broken chair and cracked window), but those seem insignificant when staring at the mountain from the deck. The loft is nice but is definitely not for little kids. The second bathroom is VERY small, but the first one is nice. The kitchen is nice, although there is very little room for food prep. The other residents and seasonal renters in the building were very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, the customer service on the telphone in the Vail Management Office was atrocious. Each operator I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, accusing me of having lost the email they sent with the information when it was never sent and practically refusing to provide directions to the condo. Luckily, the condo itself was excellent and the location with respect to the mountain was perfect.

Nicely appointed, spacious condo, very comfortable except for one
claustrophobic bathroom. Surprisingly had no internet access. 5 mins walk
from Riva Bahn lift and numerous nice restaurants.
