Very nice place. Newer kitchen. Would definitely go back. Everything is in walking distance. My only slightly negative comment is that it is a basement unit. There are windows, but basement windows. We knew this before attending,, so it was not an issue for us.

The accommodation was better positioned and better fit out than I expected. Facilities were brilliant and the condo was very comfortable. Ideally positioned for Vail Village I would be happy to recomend and stay at this condo again. When the snow started falling I was also happy with the efforts of the management to assist with the extension of my stay.

We stayed in the Trails East 5B condo over Spring Break 2012. It was my husband and me and our two kids (8 and 4). The condo was wonderful and I highly recommend it. It was a four minute walk to the ski school at Golden Peak. It was a 4 minute walk into Vail Village. It is a downstairs unit so there is no patio, but that didn't matter to us in winter. The condo was plenty roomy for our family. The kitchen was remodeled and had everything we needed. There are tv's in the den and the bedroom. There was plenty of storage space for all our ski gear. It was a great vacation and we'd stay here again.

This is a comfortable, well-appointed unit in a fantastic location. There were 3 of us, 2 adults and a young child. Beds are comfortable (though there are a ridiculous number of accent pillows - we ended up storing about 6 of them in the corner of the living room). There is a large ski storage locker right outside the door and the laundry is about 10 feet down the hall. Though we did not have a car, we appreciated the parking space for our babysitter. The combination door lock is handy so we didn't have to worry about losing the keys. We had to contact Vail Management a couple of times with questions, and they were very responsive and friendly.
The unit was great for our small family, however, I wouldn't want to see more than 2 or 3 adults in this unit, as it is pretty small. A family with 1-2 kids, or a group of 3 adults should be the max.
We will definitely stay here again! -

Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the slopes and village restaurants. The modern furnishings were good-looking and the beds were very comfortable.

Not a thing I would change about this lodging option this time around AT THE REDUCED PRICE we got for this mid-January 2010 stay. 4th night free and 20% off rack rate made it reasonable compared to everything else we reviewed. However, I would not feel this way if we had to pay full rack rate.
All freshly remodeled including furniture, carpeting and appliances. Mgmt personnel were very available and very helpful. -

We spend a nice week or so in this property. It was the first time we
didn't stay in a Hotel. The property is very well located and completely
remodel. It looked very up to date and cozy. The only two things we
didn't like that much was that you have to use stairs to get to the
apartment and you don't have a good view. But other than that, we
could say, we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.
