This two bedroom, two bath gold-rated private condominium is uniquely decorated with the owner's individual taste and features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, fireplace, and private balcony. Free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, and free ski lockers! Walk 150 yards out the back door to access the Vail LionsHead Gondola and ski school. The restaurants and shops of Lionshead Village are right outside the back door. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa-sleeper. Specific unit numbers may be requested but not guaranteed.

  Colorado in the summer is THE BEST OPTION for
  vacations as far as I'm concerned.
  
  That said, the location of this condo was almost
  perfect. Easy to access, close to the Vail village
  with tons of restaurants, etc. Location, though,
  is WAY too close to the interstate and therefore
  you can't really enjoy opening the windows because
  of all the noise!
  
  The condo was well appointed. Nice TV with cable
  and DVR, kitchen was small but sufficient. My only
  complaint is the lack of A/C in the second bedroom.
  Only the master bedroom has A/C. This would be
  fine if you could open the windows, but the noise
  makes that a crummy option too!
  
  Other than that we were THRILLED and would stay
  here again!

  The 2BD/2BA Westwind Gold Condo was just the right size for the Vail summer weekend get-away that 3 of my friends and I planned. The Vail Management Company was so helpful and answered all my questions prior to the trip. They provided 3 garage parking places for our 3 cars as there were some extra spaces; had the parking garage been full, Westwind has other places nearby where some of our cars could have parked. Our condo kitchen had been remodeled and was beautiful. Our weekend was full with many activities, but we also enjoyed returning to the condo for resting. The living room and the balcony were very nice. We especially loved stepping outside the condo building into the beautiful Vail Lionshead neighborhood, with its beautiful buildings, great restaurants and shops. There were planting beds and pots filled with flowers everywhere. We left the car in the garage and took the in-town shuttle that runs every 10 minutes to Vail Village for shopping and lunch and to the Ford Amphitheater for the fabulous International Dance Festival. It was fun to ride the Lionshead Gondola (a very short walk from our condo) up the mountain for some hiking and a wonderful lunch. I thought the cost for the condo for the weekend in Vail was very reasonable. My major complaint is that the vacation ended too soon.
