The Christiania Lodge is located at the base of Vail Mountain and enables guests to enjoy all the comforts of home during their vacation in Vail. Ski-in/Ski-out from our ideal location in the Bavarian-style village filled with light hearted sidewalk cafes, elegant shops, and picturesque chalets, in the magnificence of the surrounding Rockies.

The Lodge was our choice the first time we stayed due to the the location. Whether ski or summer the location is in the middle of the heart of Vail---Bridge St.
We still stay there for the location however now we have other reasons to stay. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are very polite, helpful, and an asset to the stay. The only request that we have is the the mattress in 101 be changed. It is terrible! Look forward to our next stay. -

Christiania is steps away from Vail Village and Vail Mountain! We had a fantastic time! The staff were all very helpful and our room great! Free breakfast was a plus as well! Excellent place to stay.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They somehow make every guest feel welcome and special. Lots of personality and great ambiance at the hotel. Perfect location. Would definitely recommend the Christiania to anyone visiting Vail.

I have been staying at the Christiania for a great number of years. Your location is without parallel in Vail. The ambiance is to my taste and very pleasing. My criticisms relate to the level of cleanliness and service in the hotel. My room was never or unsuccessfully cleaned during my stay, parts of the hotel are becoming shabby in appearance and the service in the boot room in particular has become poor. I think the concerns that I have can be readily remediable and hope that they are.

I have really enjoyed my experiences at the Christiania. Each time I return the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They treat me like family. The ski in ski out aspect is really important. Having the Vista Bahn right in the back yard is key to where I choose my lodging in Vail.
