The upstairs can also be rented for those requiring 5 bedrooms. The bottom duplex has 2000 square feet and is located in East Vail directly on the Gore Creek just 5 miles from Vail village. Ideal quiet location. Beautiful property very well appointed spacious and homely
Down stairs laundry room was a bonus.hot tub was a must after a hard days skiing but felt it was maybe due a service (few jets & bubbles working)

Overall we enjoyed staying at the Black Bear house. I wish there was some access or view of the creek from the house. The inside of the house was lovely and well kept but the outside was not as well kept. Overall - good experience though!

We had a great couple of days of skiing and some cozy evenings at 'home' on our weekend get-away. This place has everything you could possibly need to feel like you are at home but on vacation too. Our favorite part of this house is the huge picture window that looks out to the Gore Range and cozy lounging area where we could hang out and watch movies, read books or play games.

Very nice property. Room to spread out and the hot tub was key. Well stocked kitchen. Our second year in a row. we will be back.
