Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this is a fantastic gold rated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex with 1,800 square feet of living space and situated in the peaceful neighborhood of East Vail. It has a private hot tub with outstanding views of the East Vail Mountains and chutes! The home sits right beside the Gore Creek providing fly fishing from your deck! The home has a wood burning fireplace in the lounge, a full recently remodeled kitchen and dining area and can sleep up to 10 people. Wood will be provided in the winter. The unit was comfortable but needs major updating. The coffee pot does not have an automatic shut off which is a fire hazard. The hot tub did not work. There were not hairdryers in every bathroom. Extra towels could be offered. This was an overall opinion from all of us.

Location was great, only one freeway exit from Vail village. Small market nearby which we were able to pick up any essentials we missed at the Costco in Denver.

Place was a great find! Hot tub is a bit old and the motor began to sound like it was struggling, so we turned off the bubbles, but the kitchen and all bathrooms have been recently updated. Would recommend!
