We enjoyed our stay in this condo- it was comfortable and clean but dated. We loved the space and having 2.5 baths. The beds were comfortable and having the washer/dryer was convenient for us.
If you are looking for suggestions to make improvements:
Downside was the kitchen- funky cabinet doors that all opened from the wrong side. Lighting was dim and dated in the kitchen and dining room.
All in all though, we were happy and comfortable. -

We rented this condo for a group of girlfriends flying in from different places, to celebrate the New Year. We got to the condo thurs nite, and had no heat in the entire three floors. This was prob the coldest weekend in Vail (temps were minus 5deg and below). A plumber was sent various times to try and fix the heat - but we had no heat for 1.,5 days, and then partial heat the other day and a half. The mgmt comp felt the tiny space heaters were adequate - but i doubt anyone from the Mgmt Comp came to see how cold it still was - and felt a one nite refund was fair. Not good customer service. Aside from the heat - the condo itself is a great unit - my unhappiness is with the Mgmt Comp and how they handled the situation. I had to keep calling them, no one followed up with me, and a one nite refuind is totally unacceptable.

our arrival was easy, the directions were straight forward and simple to follow.
the convenience of doorstep check-in was a plus. being from florida though, it
would've been nice to have some humidifiers in the rooms. the air was quite
dry and made it difficult to sleep most nights. other than that, no complaints. -

I wanted to let you know of an issue that this unit has. We believe the condo has mold. Four of the six people that stayed there were affected or sick in one form or another. My son, who we know has high sensitivity to mold, we have to take special measures at home, was having those related issues and stuffiness. My 15-year old daughter was feeling lathargic much of the time even though she was getting plenty of rest and is very athletic. The next day upon returning home she said she felt great. My older daughter got a sinus infection while there and her husband also became sick. You could smell the "musty" odor in the basement and in the closet in the upstairs bedroom. This to me is too many coincidences. I believe you and or the owners need to have the place checked.
I think if the mold issue was resolved, it would be a decent place to rent. My wife actually believes that some of the money paid should be refunded with the issues we had to deal with. -

Awesome place! Lot's of room. Easy in/Easy out. Close to bus route. No hot tub though. That would make it a 10. I give the place a 9.

The room was adequate but the temperature was very warm and dry. The bi-
fold doors to the laundry are not properly secured at the floor so the doors
came off the track. The light above the dining room table didn't work so we
never could sit there. It was a short drive to Lionshead so it's a convenient
location. Beware of nasty bus drivers who insist that you wait at the bus stop -
don't assume they will pick you up along the road. -

Great value, however:
1. The beds in the 2nd downstairs bedroom were tiny singles, not very comfortable...need double beds.
2. Checkout time (10am) a bit early.
3. Management not very accomodating...any request for extra services was performed erratically, agreed but not done, or simply denied. -
