Our stay was idyllic: beautiful house and property, gorgeous view, quiet, perfectly functional.
There were many comfortable spaces to eat, read, chat. We could spread out and have our own comfortable places, but also have choices as to which beautiful place we wanted to eat our meals.
The Cote d'Azur has so much packed into a relatively small space that you can do lots of different things. We loved our hike in the Alps, our swim in the Mediterranean, our visits to art museums, eating in small towns, and going to the markets. The only problem was that we didn't have enough time.

Having stayed at a RentVillas property before we came with already high expectations. Despite these high expectations we were absolutely blown away by this incredible home and grounds. The pool and surrounding grounds were the biggest surprise. It was not only larger than we had anticipated but the views from every seat and lounge chair were incredible. As expected from the pictures on the web site, the home is elegant and spacious. Despite its elegance we all felt very comfortable staying there. It was not austere or cold in any way. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Colette the property manager. Despite her somewhat limited English she was incredibly warm and friendly. Aside from Colette, our favorite thing was the pool.
Valbonne is a wonderful little town. We spent many hours poking through its many shops and restaurants. We did travel to Cannes, Nice and Antibes during our stay but we really like little Valbonne better. We also were delighted to find miles and miles of wide, well-groomed hiking and running trails just at the end of the street on which the villa is located.
