Walkable distance to all ski lifts and ski school departures to Solaise, Bellevarde.

Ski locker made available during your rental period and situated on the ground floor of the building. One entrance is on the back of the building giving access to the Street called rue des Leissiere. While front entrance is on the arrival of the slopes itself and next to the four stars Hotel "Le Brussels".

The building itself is located on the Dolomites place, in the heart of Val d'Isere and at the bottom of beginners slopes.

Skipass office, ski school, rental shops, kindergarten, Post office, all those amenities are less than a minute walk... from the flat.

Access to principal ski lifts including amongst them Telesiege du village (beginner), Solaise Express (links Solaise – Fornet) and Bellevarde Express (links-Bellevarde Tignes) is less than 100 yards rom the flat.

In short, the flat location enable one to ski directly from and back to the building without having to take buses, car and even without having to walk.

Opposite the building you also find the “Sports Bar” (where they show major sporting events including English Premier league games.).

Also in the same block of buildings, the Crepes Grand Marnier offers large range of crepes and drinks to take away or to enjoy on the huge terrace, as swell as “La Tartine” and “Chevallot” (awarded baker) bar “Boubou” .

Finally, you can also make the most of the “Brussels” Hotel's terrace and fireplace where you can relax in a warm and "mounting" atmosphere. (fireplace, poolroom, etc..)

The flat is a “2 rooms duplex”, with a spacious lounge and kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom downstair.

Climbing the stairs, you access to the mezzanine, large room with two single beds, a large wardrobe, a shower and a hot tube.

Facilities included in the flat are dishwasher, oven and microwave. Decoration is typical form the region from Savoy/Alps.

Bedroom and living room have access to the terrace where you can enjoy, from April to August, breakfast in the sun (the terrace has a large table for up to 4 people).
