Sunny apartment ideally located a 300 m. of the see, 800 m. of the Ciudad Artes y Ciencias , with Supermarket and restaurants nearest.At a stone's throw from the magnificent beach of Las Arenas, with plenty of restaurants to taste the specialties of Valencian cuisine and enjoy a lively nightlife. Good public transport to the centre of the city. Perfect for holidays, business travels, conventions, etc. Discount for long stay.

Mrs. Carmen Ferrer was one of the best hosts we ever had.
She was receptive, we had good communication via email prior to our arrival, and had the warmest welcome when we arrived by her whole family.
We rented her flat, there were four of us and there were plenty of room for everybody, we had absolutely everything we could need, from dishwashers to aCs in two rooms. It was clean and Mrs. Ferrer would come if we would have any problems.
The location is just fine, it is relatively near the public beach in Valencia, and since we did not mind walking, it took us about half an hour every day to go to the center of the city on foot. The neighborhood seemed quiet, we had atms near the place and a grocery store and the metro station was only few blocks away.
All in all, we had a great experience in Valencia, and we owe a big part of that to Mrs. Ferrer and her lovely family. This trip was our first visit to Valencia, and we have nothing but good memories to bring with us. I sincerely hope that we would come again one day and stay at Mrs. Ferrer's flat. -

This apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment on a main road. However it is very quiet and in a good location for beaches, metro, and museums.
It is very well equipped, 1 large and 2 reasonably sized rooms, aircon etc we were a family of four with two grown up sons. I would not recommend this apartment for disabled people.Response from Carmen Ferrer - 02/28/2013
