We offer a fully furnished deluxe 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a new building in the heart of the old town. It is decorated in modern style using a blend of wooden elements and finishings with minimalist furnishings and bold color statements.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with full bath. It also has access to an ample balcony where you can observe the Valencianos passing by in the street below. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a second independent bathroom with shower.

This is a very bright and modern home, located in the best central area of Valencia, Barrio del Carmen. We especially liked the location, the decor, and the attractive rates. It is also a quiet neighborhood, and we slept great. As two guys traveling together we had no problems, received excellent friendly service, in a stylish environment and have recommended to friends.

We spent a lovely weekend in Valencia with my wife and our two small kids. The hostess could not have been more friendly and helpfull. The location was very good, in the heart of the old town and close to everything, but still in a rather quiet corner. The apartment was very clean and in good condition aside the leaking pipe in the cealing by the bath tub. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, but the quality did not live up to the rest of the flat. Especially the cookware and the tea kettle were quite worn out and should be changed to new ones.
Overall, I found this place to be a great and certainly offered great value for money. I can warmly recommend this place to group of friends or families (also with chidren).Response from Valencia Rooms - 12/12/2012

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it and it makes our job serving our guests easier. We apologize about the drip in the bathroom. We had 2 plumbers in to fix it before your arrival and it seems as if the 3rd one finally fixed it properly.
We put new cookware into the flat every 6 months and always have spares in storage if anything gets worn or needs replacing. We updated the cookware and the kettle per your suggestion. -

We were happily surprised with the apartment. It looked nice in the photos but was even nicer in person. The balcony off of the living room was a good place to have breakfast or an evening drink and was peaceful as it faced a garden and empty lot.
Would stay again. Easy with kids as there is a lift although it is small. -

First time in Valencia, and we couldn't have picked a better location or apartment. The on-site landlord took his time to familiarise us with the flat and the area, and was on-hand throughout our whole stay. We even rented bikes from him, which was a great idea as Valencia definately is a cycle-friendly city.
Lovely community within the immediate vicinty of the flat, with restaurants, bars, and all the tourist attractions of the old town. The highlight being the nearby Mercado(s)...being able to buy any fresh produce and cook it in the flat was amazing. There are also a couple of great bottle shops around the corner to sample the local Valencian wine!
The beaches are also within cycling distance through the extensive and beautiful parkland on the old riverbed.
Highly recommend this apartment as it is fully equipped, modern, clean and in a great location - and finally has very friendly and accommodating owners.
Perhaps one thing to note is that the television has spanish-speaking only channels (fine for me, but not my partner), so perhaps an idea would be to bring along a radio or laptop for entertainment in the flat.Response from Valencia Rooms - 03/07/2012

The television does not have any dedicated channels in English but some channels like, Disney, Discovery and MTV where most all of the programming was originally in English can be switched to the original version. Also on most all of the channels any movie or show that was made in English can be viewed in the original version. -

We have been to Valencia 3 times this year. We found this apartment to be the best so far. The place is spacious, airy - due to large windows & 2 balconies, nicely furnished with all commodities & very clean. The beds are very comfortable. It is in a very central area where one could walk to most of the interesting places in a short time. Bus stops are only a short walk away. The owners are very welcoming & helpful! It was a great pleasure to stay here & we will definitely return.

We highly recommend this magnificent apartment in the heart of the Carmen district. We rented the apartment when my partner and I took my parents to Valencia for four nights. The apartment was well-equipped and a perfect size for two couples. It is within walking distance to all the magical sights and attractions of the Old Town. The host anthony was a delight and he couldn't have been more helpful. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a nice and unexpected surprise.

Our family rented this apartment last September for 10 days and had a wonderful introduction to Valencia. It was clean and well equipped (we like to shop in the markets and cook at home) and very comfortable. The landlord, Anthony, provided invaluable assistance and advice to us throughout our visit. In fact, our experience was so positive that we ended up staying for a full year (in another apartment in the building, as this one was unavailable)!

We stayed in this apartment for Fallas. It was very central with a major falla at the end of the street, and many restaurants and bars within easy walking. Bands and processions passed the door. Don't go to Valencia at Fallas time if you intend to sleep. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for two couples, and anthony Scotti was helpfulness itself. In short we had a great time

The apartment is modern, newly renovated, and clean, in a very well maintained building on a quiet street in the heart of the Old City of Valencia. It is walking distance to the central market, the Cathedral, many cafes, restaurants, and all the lively events that constitute the daily life of Old Valencia.
Best of all, the property manager, Anthony, is the most caring, fair, and friendly person to deal with. We could not have asked for better accomodations during our month in the city. Truly a lucky find. -

This apartment was located exactly where we wanted it to be. It was in the midst of the old city, and yet faced a quiet back patio so we had the excitement of being in the midst of everything, with the quiet we wanted inside the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we could want; everything was in perfect shape with lots of nice amenities. The host was very helpful, gave us lots of useful information, with special recommendations for our family needs. We couldn't have asked for more from him or the apartment.

Our flat was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of four. The flat was located in the old charming part of the city and we could easily walk to many tourist places. There were many cafes and little shops nearby, so there was never a problem in finding a place to eat or drink. We had a great overall experience and Anthony was great in giving us tips on things to do and see in and around Valencia.
