We had rented a few shoddy apartments throughout Europe and although the pictures of Micalet II looked great, I was still worried. My fears were completely unnecessary as this place is perfect! Very modern, high end furnishing and details, comfortable, and incredibly well located. It is very new and spotless too. We loved opening our french doors at night and gazing out at the cathedral and the people strolling to dinner below. We went with our 2 small children and it was completely comfortable for the 4 of us. I will also say that Valencia is a brilliant city for children as they will adore the aquarium and bio-park. Stacy and the Spain Select team were very professional and attentive. We will without a doubt use Spain Select on any future rentals. Oh, also great value for money! Loved it!!!

Very nice apartment in a super location in the center of Valerncia.
All attractions are within walking distance. Or easy to reach by public transport.
Too many terraces and restaurants. Drinks and food at reasonable prices with good service.

Service from SS was top notch, they were able to accomodate some last minute changes in key pickup and everything went smoothly. The place was immaculate, and decor and 'newness' of everything was fantastic.
Location is just across from the cathedral, and literally around the corner from a major plaza and the Plaza De Virgen. Everything worked great, kitchen is fabulous and bathrooms were top notch.
I have some exeperience in renting apartments for vacations in EU - Rome, Paris, Venice, Barcelona - this was the best experience.
Definitely recommended and would stay there again. -

We are two couples who rented four properties from Spain Select in May 2012. The Micalet Ático in Valencia, Los Espada (villa) near Granada, San José II in Seville and Calle Mayor IV in Madrid. We were mainly communicating with Karin Wallis and Laura Ortiz who were always courteous, responsive and extremely helpful. The apartments were stylish, comfortable and located right at the center of the town where we wanted to be. The villa was just outside Granada at a perfectly charming village. We absolutely had a great experience.
I highly recommend Spain Select to anyone traveling to Spain - 100% thumbs up!

I was pleasantly surprised to see the apartment almost brand new and fully equipped.
Location was most centrally located .
The service provided by Spain Select was excellent too.
However, one point. it be good to provide more toilet paper. :)
Overall it was a fantastic stay and i would definitely recommend the Micalet II to all my friends. -

Did all my dealings with Karen, a very pleasant well spoken women. Everything was perfect! No problem with money etc. Could not ask for a better place to stay, excellent location, excellent staff, met us at the door, very helpful. Did not have a phone could only text and had no problem with communication with Karen. All new, Exceptionally clean and well furnished. Looks exactly as the pictures. Will defiantly plan another vacation there. Had an excellent holiday!!!
