Bellissima casa appena ristrutturata. Abbiamo alloggiato in 6 nell'appartamento comodamente. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla Ciudad de las artes y las ciencias e vicino alla fermata del bus 19 che in un senso ti porta al centro storico nell'altro al mare in località Malvarosa.

un bellissimo appartamento, moderno, pulito e nuovissimo situato a cinque minuti dalla citta delle arti e delle scienze e a nemmeno 3 minuti dallo stadio di calcio vicinissimo ad una delle stazioni della metro. la città è a dir poco incantevole, organizzata, pulita e le persone sono cordiali e disponibili. E' possibile vederetutte le meraviglie della città, dal porto al centro alla citta delle arti e delle scienze compreso del meraviglioso oceanografico.
Ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene e soprattutto ci siamo divertiti. -

We were a family of 8 people and, our stay at the apartment was simply great!! We stayed comfortably and really enjoyed our stay.
The location was excellent practically everywhere was within walking distance or 5 to 10 minutes by taxi.
The land lady was very helpful, during the booking process and also once we arrived at the apartment.
I may consider it as one of the best holiday experiences ever... And I truly recommend it!! :D -

Pros: decent location, 5 minute walk to arts and Science Centre, 15 minute bike ride to downtown, 30 minute bike ride to beach. Apartment is very nice, new, clean.
Cons: Street is very noisy with heavy traffic - not an especially attractive part of Valencia. The hydro service is not adequate for the apartment - it is impossible to cook a meal with the air conditioner running or lights on - we had to constantly reset the breaker. Worse, though, was the treatment by the owner as we were leaving. She actually counted the towels and hand towels, then accused me of taking one! These were cheap towels - I assured her I had no interest in owning one, and I also offered to open up our suitcases to prove it to her. She declined. She then proceeded to accuse us of taking 2 pillowcases!! The pillows, which we retrieved from the closet in the master bedroom, did not come with pillowcases in the first place! She became angry that we used extra pillows and towels from the linen closet in the hallway! It became quite obvious that she was looking for any excuse to not return our 200 euro damage deposit. A very unpleasant experience, especially as we had taken great care to leave the apartment in excellent condition, as we did with the other apartments we rented in Barcelona and Madrid, where we experienced no problems upon check out. After having a wonderful experience in Valencia with our family, we left on a very bitter note because this woman treated us like criminals...Response from Rodica Lupu - 07/21/2011

It's a newly reformed and fully equiped apartment that cost lot of money thinking to give a very good service to our quests but find it with a 5-6 big bags of trash in the kitchen( trash container is right in front of the property) the dishes was washed in the dishwasher without detergent (soap) so dirtys(even I've left all the detergent tablets), 2 pillowcovers was dry bloodstained (imposible for my to use them again for for health reasons). But what most bothered me was that , inside of the apartment I have a locked closet with more bed lines and towels that they have opened and used more things and towells, even so I did not retained any money from the security deposit. I am a very polite person and very glad to have guests but they went without saying good bye.I only hope that they had a wonderful time in Valencia

The overall expereince was excellent. The service by the apartment manager was very good. She was helpful and informative about the area as well as providing an excellent checkin and out process. The apartment was very nice, it seemed relatively new, it was very clean and bright and has a good location. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The linen and towels were clean and good.
We walked from here to the city center about 25 min). There is a wonderful park along hte old river bed within 5 minutes. There are two good food stores nearby, OpenCor (a 24 hour store) and Mercadona (a larger store.
The apartment is quiet. There is access to buslines within 2 - 5 minutes.
Overall this was an excellent place to stay and I would highly recomment it. -

Tuvimos la suerte de estrenar el apartamento recién reformado, todo estuvo muy correcto y limpio, nos sentimos muy a gusto. La zona muy bien comunicada tanto a pie como en bus, al lado del paseo de la alameda y 5 min. de la Ciutat de les arts i les Ciències. Para los que vayan en coche nos fue facil aparcar.
