This fantastic apartment is located on the very popular Juan Llorens street in a nice residential area which also has restaurants and bars for those who want a taste of local cuisine, and is very near Valencia's famous Barrio del Carmen, the epicentre of cultural and leisure activity. A few minutes walk away are the Botanical Gardens; the Torres del Quart (the old city walls); the Mercado Central, one of the oldest food markets in Europe; and the four historical and beautiful squares, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Plaza de la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen, and Glorieta, all of which make for spectacular sightseeing.

We fancied a quick trip away to try and get some sun after the British 'summer' and picked Valencia from a random thumb on the map. Discovered this place the second day we were there and based ourselves there for the next fortnight - fantastic value for 5 of us beating the hotels for space and facilities. Spacious rooms, good clean bathroom and fully equiped kitchen saving money on eating, really central (no distance to the night life and next day old centre for those of us up at that point). Easy central spot to see the surrounding area too as was not far from transport. Will go there again if random thumb hits Valencia a second time!

I don't know why this flat is called 'Cosy', it was actually large and airy, yet homely, kitted out in Spanish style. We stayed there for our week in Valencia with husband and two young children. We found the flat to be in a convenient location and very adequate for our family needs (i.e. large enough bedrooms, space for the kids to run around and not feel 'caged in', clean bathroom and modern enough kitchen). The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for us to prepare some meals and breakfast and we also made some light use of the washing machine available. Overall, it was a pleasant apartment.
