Staying at the San Vicente apartment in Valencia you will have the chance to relax together on your own private terrace enjoying a rooftop view of the city centre, and you will discover the historic centre on your doorstep.

If you are looking for something different the San Vicente apartment could be your perfect choice. It offers you a unique interior that has a combination of abundant natural light and lots of external terrace space so that you can get the most out of the Valencian climate.

The San Vicente Apartment is split across two levels. Entering via the lower floor you will find a combined lounge, a dining and kitchen are...a with the access to the lower terrace. The interior´s feature revealed iron struts, floor to ceiling windows and white walls. A beautiful iron and wood staircase rises up from the lounge which gives you the access to the upper level where you will find the double bedroom and the access to the upper terrace.

You will have the use of two bedrooms in the San Vicente apartment, one with two single beds found on the lower floor, and another on the upper floor with a double bed. With the use of a double sofa-bed in the lounge you will have sleeping space for up to six persons. Your comfort in the apartment is guaranteed all times of year as you will have the use of central hot/cold air-conditioning to set the temperature as you wish.

Just in front of it you will have bus and metro station where you can go anywhere downtown, 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Calatrava's City of Sciences and Arts.Read more

SAN VICENTE Apartment is located where the Downtown Valencia Begins. Jusf few steps from the apartment, you will find Valencia's Cathedral, one of the oldest and most beautiful Cathedral of all Spain. Beside it, you will find Virgin's Plaza (Plaza de la Virgen) a very spectacular Plaza sorrounded by restaurants and pubs, where you can enjoy a great meal, Paella all type and the views of Basilic Church.

Walking to the other side, you will find the Old Market, a very old and beautiful building where you can find traditional food, Paella, or Traditional HORCHATA (wich is the traditional Valencia Drink without alcohol). In front of it you will see the LONJA Building.

Just in front of the apartment there is the AYUNTAMIENTO square where the traditional parties of Valencia Take place for start such as the wonderful FALLAS.

  This was not what we expected, grossly over rated in advert

  We booked this apartment for a short break with another couple. Having family in Valencia we have been several times and chose this for its position and amenities.
  
  It was advertised as 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, with 2 terraces. This seemed ideal for 2 couples, each having their own space. Had we not arrived late evening and tired we would definitely not have stayed in this apartment and would have demanded our money back.
  
  Key points:
  
  1. The photos in advert made the apartment look much bigger than it was; there was just room to walk around the bottom of the bed.
  
  2. It was supposed to be 2 bedrooms, the second bedroom was up a flight of steps onto a type of mezzanine, with no wardrobes, drawers, hooks... There was no where to hang clothes. There was literally just room for the bed,
  
  3. The 1/2 bathroom consisted of a toilet and tiny bowl, which meant that two couples had to share the en suite bathroom which was open plan from the master bedroom!!
  
  4. The kitchen was poorly equipped, we had to purchase 2 mugs on the first day so we could all have coffee.
  
  5. It was very cool in the evenings, we were told the air con was on automatic and would also heat the room/ bedroom - it didn't.
  
  6. The upstairs terrace had no furniture on it at all, not a chair to sit on. Therefore it was a waste of space.
  
  We paid more for this apartment than we have for others, as it was advertised as a 'luxury' apartment. It was not a luxury apartment by any stretch of the imagination.

  Dear Sharon, thank you for your comments although we are sorry to hear that your stay wasn´t as we would desire it should be.
  
  All the information in the advertising is correct and you can see all the photos of the apartment and its equipement before the reservation, we deffinetly want our guest to be satsified in each apartment they book.
  
  Actually, we are suprised by this, because from our experience, it is very favourite place for couples and we have had very happy clients with the apartment that could enjoy the apartment, its location and terrace as well.
  
  As to the equippment of the kitchen, the kitchen has always all the necessary you need, glasses, plates, pots, saucepans, cutlery, cups, however if you had called us, we would brought you more mugs as well of course. We are sorry that we didn´t have this information regarding this during your stay.
  
  As to the lack of hooks, thank you for this suggestion, we will provide the apartment with more hangers for clothes.
  
  The air conditioning (with heating and cold) usually works perfectly, in that case, if you had called us we would have sent you our maintance staff immediatelly to the apartment to have a look where the problem was.
  
  Anyway, we would try to improve our service as it is very important for us to have each and single client satisfied and thank you for your suggestions.

  It was a great place - charming - convenient - loaded - beautiful view - great restaurant just below - great cafe just below - absolutely everything.
