It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an american kitchen fully equipated, living & dining room and a wonderfull big terrace where there you can have dinner or maybe enjoy the views from Valencia City.
One of the advantages of this apartment is its space - it is a very nice, sunny and spacious place with the capacity up to 6 people.

This amazing apartment has an excellent location - situated on one of the main streets of Valencia - calle San Vicente Martir. Along the street walking you can get to the main part of the city - The Old Town, where you can admire the beautiful architecture, visit a typical Spanish pubs and restaurants, or try paella and horchata as well as experience the unique Spanish nights in a well-known district for nightlife - El Barrio Carmen.
In the historical part we recommend that you visit the Cathedral with its Miguelete tower, where you can enjoy spectacular views over the whole city.
In 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment the great shopping Colon Street starts - full of all shops - Spanish designers and international brands.
Just in front of the apartment there is a Mercadona supermarket where you can find everything you need during your stay.
