Normal Season: 110, Peak: 120
Cleaning We charge 50-80 Euros per property for normal Cleaning and laundry. The charge depends on the number of people staying.
Late Arrivals There is a fee of 20 Euros for arrivals outside normal working hours - ie after 9.30 evening or on a Sunday.
Children We are family friendly. We can supply travel cot / playpen for toddlers, if you need one.
Discounts We give discounts for large groups, mid and long stays. For long stays, we negotiate a monthly rate with the owners on your behalf. Please see terms above.
Deposit Return You initial deposit will be carried forward as a security deposit, when you arrive. We return your security deposit AFTER you leave, by cancelling the card payment or by bank transfer. Please note that when the bank cancels a card payment, they automatically deduct their 3% commission from the amount returned. Please note that if there are complaints from the neighbours about excessive noise during your stay, you may lose your deposit.

  Location is everything and you can hardly beat this place if you like to be in the very center of a big city like Valencia. Yet the apartment is located in one of the narrow sidestreets and the whole setting has a very Spanish and local feel to it. Situated about 200m from the main rail station you'll have easy access to transportation if you'd like to explore the many beautiful places around the main village of Valencia. I say village here on purpose, even though Valencia has more than 1 million inhabitants. But the feeling I always get when I come there is that Valencia has maintained the old rural hospitality that the bigger cities Barcelona and Madrid may have lost.
  
  If you choose to stay in the city all the main sightings are close by and easily reached on foot. If you like to eat at home the apartment is fully equipped and there is a grocery store 100m away. If you want a nice place to eat you only need to cross the street or if you are in an adventurous mood you can walk down the street about 100m to find a dozen more. Or throw all caution to the wind and venture up to the Carmen district where there are more restaurants than you will ever need in a lifetime.
  
  I can find no reason at all not to recommend this place if you plan to stay in Valencia for a number of days and like the freedom that an independent apartment will give you.
  
  As to services other than the apartment itself there is not much to say. The lender was at the apartment at the agreed time and picked up the keys at the time we agreed. Other than that we were left to ourselves, exactly as we wanted to!
