This cozy apartment is located in a new 5 floors building with 2 lifts. THERE IS A PARKING PLACE IN THE SAME BUILDING for 1 car. It is fully furnished and has 3 spacious & lightened rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. 2 FULL BATHROOMS, an independent kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, iron, refrigerator, WASHER & DRYER. Large dining and lounge area with TV, SAFE, and GYM EQUIPEMENT in the apartment. Air conditioning and heating in every room. The access door is armored. The apartment has views to the Port and the Urban F1 Circuit with large windows & lots of light.

The apartment is NEAR THE BEACH AND THE CITY, good location to enjoy all atractions and activities that Valencia offers. It has good public communications only 50 meters away, taxi and bus stops that take you around town and 10 minutes walk there is is a metro station wich takes you to the Airport & City Center. The apartment is very close to the beach and in the same F1 Street Circuit in front of the Port of Valencia, which also offers boat trips along the bay. The City of Arts and Sciences is 18 minutes by walk. The best shopping center in Valencia, Aqua, is only 12 minutes by walk and the City Center is 15 minutes away by bus/metro. The airport is 20 away minutes by car or metro.

Great place!
The app is very comfortable, quiet and clean. The landlords are really nice, too.
This appartment offers best price/value relation in a very good location. You can walk or use the public transport to go for the beach / harbour and F1 circuit.
You can walk in 20 min to the city of science (which is a highlight of Valencia). The metro brings you to city center as well.
Next time we come, we will stay here again.
