Spacious, bright, modern, newly refurbished with excellent qualities and all the comforts (air conditioning throughout the house) the apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the nearest beaches of Valencia "Las Arenas", "Malvarrosa" and from the balcony of apartment you can see the harbor, the sea and the Formula 1 circuit. This place was incredible. Very spacious. Fully equipped and sizable kitchen. It was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. This place is a 10 minute walk from the beach. You can easily take one of two buses into the city (maybe 20 minutes). It's also 5 minutes from a metro stop. The only reason that my rating is 4 stars and not 5 is that there is no wifi which really bothered my friends (although there was a kebab place around the corner that offered wifi). The neighbor was really friendly.
