The flat has: 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with queen bed and 1 single room. 1 bathroom with tub and toilet, hair dryer, towels and heating.Kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, gas hob, oven, washing machine, expresso machine, toaster and all kinds of utensils for cooking since it accesses a small porch that leads to the terrace. In the surroundings you will find all types of small businesses, all kinds of supermarkets, a Market open Mon-Sat, home-made takeaways places and fast food like Mc Donald's/burger king . In case of Health Emergency has nearby the Hospital del Consuelo and a outpatien at only 5 minutes walking.
The flat is next to Joaquin Sorolla rail station, where the trains arrived from Madrid (Ave-Alvia) and Barcelona (Euromed) , in only a 15 min you will find the Plaza de Toros next the Rail North Station, the Town Hall Square and just beyond the center of Valencia with its cathedral, Lonja, Palace of the Generalitat, museums ...
The area is fairly quiet and secure block right in the back we have a Civil Guard barracks.
On the street you have a bus stop n.20 to reach the beach in summer
In just 10 minutes away you will get by car or taxi access to the Valencia Fair, the Airport, Las Arenas Beach, a large shopping centers or mall such as Bonaire, Mn4, Turia, El Saler or the Aqua by the other hand you will get to the Science Musuem, Oceanografic, City of the Arts, Bioparc, or leisure centers such as Kinepolis.
You will reached the city center in just only 5 minutes.
If you come by car:
We are located next to one of the main streets of Valencia, easily accessible if you come from Madrid - Alicante - Barcelona.
The parking would be on the street, although there are several public car parks nearby if you prefer, in the case of longer stays could be negotiated with a private garage.

Cristina's house is very confortable, clean, well-equipped and furnished with taste. Cristina is very polite and she has a lot of valuable information for her guests. The house is located just 5-min walking from the centre of the town and close to the metro. By metro you can reach the airport, the beach and whenever you want to go in town. Valencia is a wonderful city, with many attractions, such as museums, parks, the old town, nice restaurants on the beach, and it has a wonderful climate. You can find spring in the middle of the winter! Hope to come back! Thanks Cristina!!

Cristina was wonderful to work with. She provided great information about the area and always responded quickly to my emails. The apartment was so cozy and inviting. We had our training meetings in the living room and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary dishes and utensils we needed to fix food for us and our guests. The area was nice and we always felt safe. We extended our stay for 2 days and Cristina worked with us on a great rate for the 2 extra days. We had a friend that picked us up and drove us where we needed to go so I do not know how convenient the bus or metro is for this location. We did not want to rent a car because parking was difficult and we did not feel comfortable driving in the area. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you Cristine!

For some reason my review (a few months ago) was not uploaded. And what a pity because we really enjoyed our stay at Cristina's!!
A clean, indeed cosy apartment, facilities up to date and great hospitality with good tips for a first visit of Valenia. And to top it off passes to use the bikes throughout the whole city. A new experience for both of us but something we recommend to all first visitors. In conclusion most definitely a revisit worth! -

I have stayed there with my husband and my parents. The flat is big enought for 4 persons. We loved teh terrace and the living room.
The host was wonderful and went the extra mile to help us when we had some health problems with my father who is over 60.
