The apartment "Torres de Quart" was built in the XIX century and it has been recently refurbished. It has windows at its 4 sides therefore, it is a flat full of light and ventilation. The Quart Towers were part of the medieval wall that surrounded Valencia and they can be seen from the North, West and South of the apartment.
The flat has elaborated plaster ceilings. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms recently rehabilitated a spacious kitchen and a wonderful terrace that complete the apartment.

“Torres de Quart” apartment is located in the desirable Valencia old town: within the medieval walls. It is the heart of Valencia, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town.
Within minutes walking distance you will find all types of restaurants, luxury shops, latest fashion bars, clubs, neighborhood grocery stores and small cafes.
Within 3-5 minutes walk you will find the old river bend and the IVAM if you go straight, Barrio del Carmen, the Town Hall square and La Virgen if you go to the right and Botanic Gardens if you go to the left.
If you fancy shopping Nuevo Centro Mall is just at 5 minutes walking crossing the old river bend.
The metro station is at Gran Via Fernando el Católico: about 4 minutes walk.

We stayed for two weeks this autumn. We travelled with 3 small children and were looking for an apartment big and comfortable enough to have a relaxed stay in the city with the whole family. The apartment was perfect for us because - although it has very nice details in terms of furniture and lamps (not the typical Ikea style that you find in many places) everything was safe and the children could play and we all had a good time.
Pilar - the manager of the apartment - and Jose - the owner - were very helpful and nice to us and helped us with all requests and problems. Pilar also provided us a garage nearby for our car and that was really a good thing.
In the kitchen we found some basic foodstuffs for cooking and cleaning (salt, suger, oil, detergents etc.) which was very convenient.
We liked very much the location because it is located next to commercial, cultural, gastronomic and recreation areas but at the same time quite quiet and spacious. So when we had a rainy day we did not get into trouble because there are always lots of things you can do.
I can really recommend the apartment to families and groups. Don't miss to visit also the surroundings of Valencia if you have a car. Pilar an Jose certainly will give you any kind of tips you need to enjoy the place. -

Estuvimos en el apartamento Torres de Quart en el puente del Pilar. Nos recibió José. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y aseado. Nos gustó: muy amplio y luminoso. Muy bien ubicado junto al Jardín Botánico y en pleno Barrio del Carmen, con una oferta inmensa de bares y restaurantes. La terraza una delicia: pasamos allí largos ratos por la mañana y también por la noche. Volveremos!"
