A very complete 1 bedroom apartment, within easy walking distance from the historic center of Valencia, and right from your doorstep the tram will take you to the harbour where the 32nd American’s Cup is taking place n 10 mins, the beach and lots of good restaurants.

The Area surrounding the Apartment;

The apartment is perfect for a couple wishing to experience true Valencia life. Here everything is ready to make your stay an unforgettable one in this beautiful Mediterranean city.

The location of this great apartment is perfect; the guest... can walk through the "Jardines del Real" into the old part of the city, as well as to get to the commercial (exclusive boutiques and other shops) areas of Valencia. The underground system is just outside the building if you do not want to walk.

Walk out the front door of the apartment building and you can take the tram to the harbour where the 32nd American’s Cup 2007 took place.

The Apartment;

This cosy (43m2)apartment is on the top floor, with lots of natural light throughout the apartment; the feel and look is modern and minimalist, the guest will enjoy the warmth and design the Delibes has to offer. It is situated on the 5th floor with NO elevator . The Debiles has been renovated and is clean, fresh and ready for the guests arrival....

The only bedroom of this small but beautiful apartment contains a double bed and comes with a small balcony.

The living area is comfortable and quite spacious with a sofa-bed for one person – if necessary. It has a fire place that can be used and all this leads out onto the lovely terrace (27m2) with a fountain and a metallic and ultra modern barbacue; the large windows of this apartment make it an apartment with lots of natural light; the blend of white modern furniture and decoration, give this apartment a calm and peaceful feel.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower unit, a sink/mirror area and is also modern in look too; the bathroom comes with fresh towels ready for use upon your arrival…

The open kitchen is on par with the rest of the apartment, clean, modern and fresh in look, it comes equipped with accessories for cooking to ensure your visit to Valencia is a hassle free one. It also has a little area where the guest can have breakfast and sit down on two very trendy taburetes.

This cosy and modern apartment is a good choice for your visit to Valencia; the guest will be able to relax and enjoy some of Spain’s fines nibbles in the terrace after an excellent day out sightseeing...

  This apartment was great!
  The location was ideal . Close to public transport , easy walking distance into the centre of town and handy to the supermarket and some outstanding eateries.
  The patio was superb and private , just right to get that all over tan (another lounge would have been good).
  The kitchen was well equipped and had a huge fridge and freezer.
  The bathroom was modern and tastefully fitted.
  The lounge is small and awkwardly positioned for watching TV but this was no issue for us as we didn't watch any TV..
  The bed and bed linen was comfortable and the room air-conditioner was great during the hot nights.
  This apartment felt like home away from home and gave us a real locals feeling , I strongly recommend this apartment for fit / energetic couples who want to be locals and don't mind a little exercise. This place is not suitable for the unfit , elderly or disabled.. We will be coming back.

  nice appartment, near metro on walking distance of the centre. Only the Wifi didn't work.
