This elegant and confortable apartment is conveniently located near the beach and the new Port of Valencia where the new urban trak is located for the F1 Grand Prix, and has a large terrace and a pool-spa - with bubles and temperature.

Area surrounding the apartment;

This apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and the new modern waterfront and Port of Valencia where the America’s Cup was taking place in spring 2007.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a new metro stop only a 5 minute walk away, taking you directly from/to de airport and the historic centre in 12 minutes. This apartment is also well situated, wa...lking distance - 15 minutes to the City of Arts and Sciences.

The neighbourhood offers plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants with local flavour as well as being within easy reach of the chic and modern establishments of the new Port.

The Apartment;

The Mozart apartment is located on the first floor and has an elevator at your disposal should you need it. There is video security at the front door as well as security against flood and fire.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a large kitchen with a separate laundry area and an interior patio. This eat-in kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you will need to cook a fantastic meal should you wish to do so.

The elegant living/dining room has two comfortable sofas with ottoman where you can relax and watch TV or a DVD after a busy day discovering all that Valencia has to offer.

The bedrooms are down the hall separate from the living areas of the apartment. The first has two separate twin beds and has a good sized armoire where you can store all your belongings. The second bedroom also has two separate beds and has direct access to the terrace.

The elegant master bedroom has a double bed at your disposal as well as a large armoire and direct access to the terrace. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower and window.

The Mozart apartment also has a second bathroom with bathtub. Clean sheets and towels are also provided.

The apartment has private parking available as well.

Whether you are here with friends or with family this apartment is well communicated and near to the Port or the city’s lovely beaches.

  Valencia is a fantastic city, would definitely return to the city, but not this apartment, which was average at best. A few things require attention. The sliding doors to the terrace did not lock, neither did some of the windows in the lounge, quite a significant security concern. The bidet in the family bathroom did not work at all (no water). Air conditioning only in the lounge - the other rooms must be very hot in the summer. Not for a romantic getaway - the jacuzzi had not been cleaned when we arrived (we had to do it ourselves, the water was dirty) and when we had cleaned it, we didn't fancy it after all considering the view (see photos). That said, the apartment is located in a very nice residential area with good transport links to everywhere in the city. Ok for a group looking for a cheap and clean place to stay. Will probably stay in a hotel when we return to Valencia.

  We stayed at Mozart with 4 adults and two children.
