The spectacular Almeida apartment is the perfect choice! Located in the heart of Valencia, close to the City Hall building and the Central Market!

This impressive duplex apartment has an exclusive modern design and is remarkably spacious with high ceilings. The Almeida will make you feel right at home.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The Almeida apartment is located in the neighborhood of Pilar, within the historical center of Valencia. It´s located only minutes away from the City Hall square, and the Cathedral.

Many other interesting sites of Valencia are in this same area...one of the biggest fresh food markets... in Europe, bars and a great selection of restaurants to discover and enjoy while you are staying with us.

Only 500 meters away is the famously known Carmen neighborhood; an area of constant change and expansion, making it one of the most fashionable areas to visit. It is a fun upbeat neighborhood that is worth visiting, no matter why you are visiting Valencia.

About 300 meters away is the Colon area, known for its exclusive boutiques and galleries of the best Spanish and international designers.

Only blocks away, the Colon metro station gives you direct access to the airport (24 min.) and to the beach (20 min), as well as to the futuristic City of Arts and Science, one of Valencias main attractions.

The apartment;

The Almeida apartment is on a fourth floor with elevator. The area in which it is located is full of life, but the apartment is very quiet. It has a maximum capacity of 10 people.

As you enter, to your left hand side you will see the first designer bathroom, with its own jacuzzi. Facing it is the first bedroom, which has a low ceiling creating a very cozy setting. This room is two distinct areas ( not separated by a door )with a double bed in each area. One of them a 2 meter double bed, and the other of 1,50 meters.

The kitchen, of a very modern design, with its high sloping ceilings, is open to the dining room. It is packed with all the necessary electrical appliances for a nice home cooked meal. Adjacent to the diningroom is the living area, which is very bright and has four balconies. This apartment will make you feel very much at home.

Two further bedrooms are located on the left side of the apartment, one with low cielings and a wide double bed, and the other with two single beds and high ceilings with wooden beams. Upstairs on a mezzanine level, you will find the 4th bedroom with two beds ( overlooking the living area and not enclosed ) and a bathroom with jacuzzi.
