The spacious Strauss apartment perfectly combines a modern and up-to-date design with old furniture. It is situated in a very good area near everything.

This marvellous and spacious apartment is situated in the Gran Vía area near Cánovas where the visitor will have no trouble finding places with entertainment. You can comfortably reach the historic district of the modern and current city of Valencia by walking. The main train station is less than a five minute walk away.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The Strauss apartment is situated in the heart of Valencia between the Gran Vía and the well-known fashion district o...f Ruzafa. It is surrounded by a wide variety of the city's bars and restaurants. A perfect place for admiring Valencian 19th century architecture.

The apartment is also situated near one of the most chic, modern and fashionable areas of Valencia called Cánovas. This district is cheerful with lots of movement and good vibrations, and is also full of good restaurants, bars and cafés where guests can pick and choose. Also very close by is the Colon market with exclusive international boutiques and all Spanish brands in style.

You can walk everywhere from the Strauss apartment. The city hall is the city's nerve center: the starting point for touring the Historic Quarter, the Cathedral, the City Market, Museums and more... Here you can also find buses and trains to take you anywhere in the city, for instance: to the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (City of the Arts and Science).

The train station is only a 5 minute walk. It has a direct subway line to the Valencia International Airport and the beach.

The apartment;

The Strauss apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator access. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms, guest bathroom, bathroom with shower and balconies.

This apartment is not just a mix of rustic and modern elements; it is truly a magnificent apartment with redeeming qualities and high standards.

As soon as you walk in, you will see the spacious master bedroom with high ceilings and double bed. Farther down the hallway on your right, you have a bathroom. Although it is small, it is very nice, and it comes with a shower, toilet and sink. Then we see the guest bathroom, and after that the apartment's kitchen. Though it is small, it is fully equipped with all the cooking amenities you might need if you feel like cooking.

At the end of the hall, you will see the spacious, bright and interesting combination living room-dining room connected to the second bedroom by a door. This bedroom has a double bed too. The two bedrooms have enough space for storing your belongings.

The Strauss apartment has charisma and a special charm. It also has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant, and it will undoubtedly stick in your memory. A plasma TV, DVD, refrigerator, toaster, juice maker, hair dryer, etc. will be available as soon as you arrive. As well as towels and clean linen for use.

Whether its just couples, a small group of friends or a family, the Strauss apartment will not let you down. Quite the contrary; the apartment is a perfect point of departure in Valencia for your adventures.

  Dieses Appartement war goldrichtig für unseren Aufenthalt in Valencia während der Formula 1 - Hauptbahnhof, Metro (Xativa) und Stierkampfarena sowie die Buss-Linie Nr. 19 ( diese bringt Dich direkt zum Malvarrosa-Strand), praktisch vor der Haustür gelegen. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss zur alten Markthalle sowie zum Shoppen in der Straße Colon (3 Kaufhäuser El Corte Inglés) - Wir hatten 10 Tage viel Spaß!

  The appartment has everything you need to feel comfortable. It is close to the city, a trendy dining area and busses or metro. We are also very content with the 24 hour service offered by Friendly Rentals.

  this apartment was beautiful: exposed brick walls, comfortable bed, equipped
  kitchen, enormous living area appointed very stylishly. there are only two
  flaws in the place: the first is the shower--a very small space-age type of
  corner cubicle that was hard to maneuver in (and leaked a bit). the second will
  not apply unless you are visiting in the heart of winter: the apartment has no
  central heat or radiators and was freezing! there were several electric space
  heaters but you couldn't put them all on at once or the circuit would blow. but
  if you're visiting when the weather is above freezing, this apartment is
  sensational!
