A modern, minimalist and very spacious apartment located in a very good neighbourhood of Valencia. It is situated just a few minutes from the Gran Vía and the Plaza España and has a metro station nearby.

This original, spacious and comfortable apartment is located near the city centre of Valencia. It has been recently refurbished and equipped with high standard furniture to ensure a comfortable stay as if you were in your own home.

The area surrounding the apartment;

It is located within one of the best Valencia neighbourhoods with all the services you will need. It is also located just 5 minutes from the old Mercado de Ab...astos, which is today a modern cultural and sports complex.

The trendy and actual “party area” called Juan Llorens is within a few minutes walking distance. There, you can find good restaurants, bars and clubs.

Most of the historical monuments are within 15 minutes walking distance. As well as the central train and underground station of Valencia with directs lines to the international airport and the beach of Valencia.

The apartment;

The Victoria apartment is recently refurbished and decorated with a lot of style and high standard furniture. It is located on a 5th floor with elevator in traditional style and has capacity for 10 persons.

As you enter the apartment you will find a bright, recently refurbished and very modern living/dining room. It is furnished with a sofa bed and comfortable white arm chairs where you can relax watching TV or DVD after a day of sightseeing in Valencia.

The open kitchen to the living/dining room is wide and modern in design. It is provided with two stools and all the electrical appliances you may need to cook.

The apartment Victoria has with two very modern bathrooms with showers.

The bedrooms are separated by the corridor. The first one is very spacious with a double bed. The second one has two beds together, the third one with a double bed, and finally, the fourth with two single beds, one stored under the other when not in use. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided.

Ideal for 2 families or a group of friends; the apartment Victoria is very well located, having the advantage of not being in the hustle of the historical centre, but centrally located.

  The apartment is elegantly furnished in modern style, but it is not practical (10 beds and a table for 4 people, wood trim in the kitchen). For 10 people it is quite narrow, and the sofa bed is not a double but a single and a half. Near the sink occasionally appeared cockroaches, and the air conditioning is not sufficient for all rooms. The position, near to the city center, is good.
