Spacious and affordable apartment conveniently located near the City Hall, right in the center of downtown.

This attractive and very nice 100 m2 apartment, newly renovated and located in the heart of Valencia, is an ideal accommodation for families or groups who want to enjoy unforgettable stays in the modern city of Valencia, making it very easy to plan your vacation.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The Telemann apartment benefits from its strategic location in the historic part of Valencia, close to the Central Railway Station and less than five minutes from the City Hall, in a cosmopolitan area with plenty of entertai...nment.

It is also located just a few minutes walk from the Central Market, the Lonja, and the Cathedral, as well as near the main attractions of the historic part of the city of Valencia ... all within 10-15 minutes walking radius.

Nearby, there is excellent public transportation: the train station and subway stops will get you down to the beach or the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences. There is also a direct subway line to the Valencia International Airport.

If you so wish, you will be able to enjoy a wide selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs, without having to move from the historic and commercial center of Valencia.

The apartment;

This comfortable and spacious three bedroom apartment with double or twin beds is located on the third floor of a building with elevator. It can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.

It is located on a pedestrian street. At the entrance to your left, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and a small balcony/terrace, and a very nice second bedroom with two single beds and large windows.

Immemdiately after, following the hallway, you shall find two independent and complete bathrooms with blue tiles on walls and floors. The first bathroom has a bathtub while the second has a shower. The Telemann apartment will provide guests with fresh sheets and towels.

The third bedroom, with a double bed, has been carefully decorated in good taste and shades of red to make it very attractive and welcoming. All bedrooms have wardrobes and space to store your belongings.

After that you will come to the spacious living room in a vast area where you can sit and relax and watch TV. It also has two sofa beds (1.20cm and 1.50cm respectively) for more guests staying in the apartment. There is also a spectacular photograph of a beautiful thick forest; as can be seen in the photographs.

The kitchen, in an open plan style and adjacent to the lounge, is well equipped for all use, providing all the necessary utensils for cooking just like you do at home.

The Telemann apartment's contemporary design, with good taste decor, and an excellent location, will make this a great and affordable choice for your visit to Valencia ...

  Apartment is OK but agency was very disapointing

  We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights starting March 20th. We booked it via Friendly Rentals. The rental agreement clearly indicated that a person from their office would be at the apartment when we check-in. Although we had called before arriving, we were told that no one could be at the apartment and that we would have to come to the office. We tried looking for the office and got lost for an hour. When we finally found the place, we pleaded with the agency to take us to the apartment. Again they refused, although there were four people in the office. Before giving us the key, the agent (Barbara) asked me to sign a piece of paper that had my credit card number. She explained that by signing the paper we were authorizing the agency to refund the deposit. On reading the paper I realized that I was agreeing to the list of inventory in the apartment. This was a very sneaky way for Barbara to get us to sign a piece of paper even though they were unwilling to accompanying us to the apartment to walk us through the inventory.
  
  The apartment is well located near the Valencia rail station and the historic area. It is modern with three bedrooms. Other than the master, the other two bedrooms are very small. One of them has no air Conditioning unit. The sitting area is small with a tiny kitchen. A lot of the flatware was missing. The number of cooking utensils is fairly limited. The unit has no dish washer or clothes drying machine. The fuse kept on blowing with a few appliances switched on simultaneously
  
  all I can say is that we will never rent another apartment through Friendly Rentals.

  ottimo soggiorno, abbiamo trovato un po' di difficoltà a trovare l'appartamento e le scale sono tante anche se supportate da un ascensore che essendo piccolo non utilizzavamo tutti. siamo stati accolti con estrema cortesia e ci è stato spiegato tutto chiaramente. L'appartamento è grande, ammobiliato in stile moderno ed è estremamente pulito. La zona è un po' lontana dai locali e dal mare ma i taxi e la metro sono efficentissimi perciò non abbiamo trovato grandi difficoltà. ci è piaciuto un sacco e sono sicuro che ripeteremo l'esperienza.
