A very nice, comfortable and modern apartment that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing time and visit the main city sights, all located nearby.

The Montesinos apartment is strategically located downtown, where you will enjoy a luxurious stay in Valencia, and its unique climate while lounging on the dainty terrace.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The apartment is located on Calle Purisima, in the Carmen district, the ideal location to visit the city monuments.

The area includes the emblematic building La Lonja de la Seda, built in the fifteenth century. It is perhaps the greatest treasure of Spanish civilian Gothic a...rchitecture; especially attractive, the main room with its spiral columns and magnificent dome.

Also in the area, the Central Market, an example of modernist architecture, began in 1914, and undoubtedly a gourmet paradise. A few minutes away, you will find the Town Hall and its square, and all other attractions of the modern city of Valencia.

You will be able to easily move around town with the excellent public transportation system, whether your destination is the beach or the stunning City of Arts and Sciences.

The apartment:

The Montesinos apartment is a bright open space clean cut accommodation laid out on two floors and with two terraces. You will enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with an interior design which is the perfect combination of modern detail and rustic furniture.

On the right hand side, just after entering the apartment, you will find the black and white kitchen, separated from the living room by stylish glass doors, and equipped with all the necessary appliances, neatly hidden behind panels.

Following the kitchen, you shall find two double bedrooms, each with twin beds and one of them with terrace. Both bedrooms have available for their common use a modern bathroom with a shower.

On the same floor, a comfortable and bright living room, a place that calls for a relaxing moment on the comfortable sofas, and equipped with LCD television and DVD.

The dining room area has a glass table and is located next to the white and airy staircase which takes you upstairs where the rest of the apartment is laid out.

Just up the stairs is the third open style bedroom, with a double bed and separated by an opaque glass door is the fourth and last en-suite bedroom, also with a double bed.

You can access the terrace, very pleasant and furnished, through a door in the upper floor of the apartment.

The Montesinos apartment counts on wooden floors all over, which provide quality and comfort in all rooms. Air conditioning and central heating will make your stay truly enjoyable and relaxing.
