This bungalow is located at only 30 meters from the beach: this is a long white sandy beach of around 7 kilometers.
Close to the bungalow there is a swimming pool for adults and another for children, a grass football field where children play and some tennis courts.
From the main entrance you arrive to the sitting-dining room with place for 8 people. Connected to the dining room there is a full-equipped American kitchen with a door to the car park.
There is a bathroom with shower close to the kitchen.

Located in the Natural Park of La Albufera this bungalow is surrounded by nature.
La Albufera is a freshwater lake separated from the Mediterranean Sea (El Saler beach) only by a small forest and white sand called Dehesa de El Saler about 1 kilometer wide. This place is one of the few places al over the World where you can see the sunrise and the sunset from the same place in the water. La Albufera was nominated ZEPA (Special Protection for the Birds) in 1986 and LIC (Site of Community Importance) because all kind of birds that migrate from the North of Europe to Africa to spend winter stops at La Albufera to rest.
This wonderful Natural Park belongs to the city of Valencia and it is located only at 10 kilometers from the city center.

It was well maintained, clean, well situated, suitably equipped and in a peaceful location but only 1 min walk to the beach which is also very nice and clean. The service received was excellent from the initial contact with the owners (who were very helpful).
The place is few minutes walk into El Perello village where we found all the services we needed including a large supermarket. The villa had comfortable furniture, lovely garden, bbq area, shared pool... The kitchen is well equipped.
We recomend visiting La albufera Natural Park and Ciudad de las artes y las Ciencias (Valencia) which is only 20 min away by bus. Valencia old town has loads of interesting places to visit as well.

En el mes de Junio he estado alojada en el Bungalow, con los niños y la verdad es que lo hemos pasado en grande. Cerca de Valencia, en el Parque natural de la albufera y disfrutando de la playa, de la piscina y del buen tiempo. Lo más llamativo una playa de arena fina y sobre todo tranquila y poco profunda. Por lo que puedes dejar a los niños tranquilamente en la orilla, y que disfruten.
