This bright and alluring apartment has three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms and is located 5 minutes from El Carmen, in Valencia's historic centre. Visitors to The Botanico apartment will stay in the centre of the city, experiencing the sensation of real life in Valencia.

Newly built and very modern apartment, just 5 minutes from the Torres de Quart and a few minutes stroll from all the most important monuments in the modern city of Valencia.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The Botánico 1 apartment is located in the centre of Valencia, strategically positioned, close to the bohemian and historic neighbourhood of... El Carmen, with attractions such as the Plaza Reina, the Plaza de la Virgen, all close by in the historic centre of the city.

The fascinating, and well maintained, central market (biggest roofed marked in Europe) is within 10 minutes walking distance. Here, you can buy fresh food on a daily basis and with the highest quality.

There is an underground stop just 2 minutes away, with excellent access to the airport. The tramway, located 10-15 minutes’ walk along the relaxing and original river bed of the Turia river (now the largest park in Valencia), will take you comfortably and directly to Valencia's beach.

The apartment;

The Botánico apartments are located in the same building (different doors), and can be rented separately or together.

The Botanico 2 is a stunning apartment with three bedrooms, located on the 6th floor in a new building with elevator, and security. The apartment is new and follows our guidelines for high standards to guarantee excellent comfort.

The master bedroom is en-suite with a double bed and a communicating door to a bright gallery which leads to the living-room. The other two bedrooms are twin bedrooms, with two single beds each. They share a second bathroom.

The living/dining-room is very spacious and bright with an immense window that looks on to the Gran VĂ­a. It has several sofas, one of them a sofa bed in which two additional guests can sleep.

The Botánico 2 apartment has a TV and DVD player available as well as a large table with it’s respective chairs where you can sit at meal times if you so wish.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (cool/warm), to make sure that you stay comfortable in summer and winter.

Whether you are coming to Valencia on business or for pleasure, the Botanico 2 apartment is a tranquil and very comfortable apartment.
