Affordable, spacious apartment with a terrace conveniently located in the city centre.

The Fontana is a nice apartment located in the heart of Valencia, and it's an ideal accommodation for families or small groups that want to enjoy unforgettable stays in the modern city of Valencia, making it ever so much easier to plan your holidays.

The area surrounding the apartment;

The Fontana apartment benefits from its strategic location in the historic part of Valencia, close to the Central Railway Station and less than ten minutes from the City Hall, in a cosmopolitan area with plenty of entertainment.

Located in a very orig...inal modernist building on a lively and busy road, it is located next to the MUVIM Museum and in front of the park, Parque de La Cultura, which was built where the old Valencian general hospital used to stand, remains of which can still be seen...

It is also located just a few minutes walk from the Central Market, the Lonja, and the Cathedral, as well as near the main attractions of the historic part of the city of Valencia ... all within 10-15 minutes walking radius.

Nearby, there is excellent public transportation: the train station and subway stops will get you down to the beach or the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences. There is also a direct subway line to the Valencia International Airport.

If you so wish, you will be able to enjoy a wide selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs, without having to move from the historic and commercial centre of Valencia.

The apartment;

The comfy, nice and affordable Fontana apartment has three bedrooms and is located on a 6th floor with elevator. It is on a busy and lively street and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Right upon entering, to your left, is the terrace with comfortable chairs and a few hammocks so that all guests can enjoy the excellent Valencian weather.

The first bedroom is not very large but it is comfortable and decorated in delightful shades of orange and has two windows. It is furnished with a double bed (2mts. long). The wardrobe is located outside the bedroom.

Next come the first full bathroom, modern and completely decorated with small grey mosaic tiles. It is fitted with a bathtub, two washbasins and a very large mirror.

Along the curved glass-lined corridor you'll come to the two other bedrooms, both with windows and furnished with 2 single beds each, 2mts. long each; one of the bedrooms is decorated in shades of green and the other in shades of red, as can be seen in the pictures… Both have storage space for personal belongings…

The second bathroom, fitted with a shower, is outside, in the corridor.

On the back side of the glass-lined corridor is the large and bright living space where there is the living-room, the dining-room and the kitchen. The living-room has its own small entrance after which there are two large sofas, one of them a sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests. The TV is 51´…

At the end of the large living-room is the dining-room area, on the back side of the curved glass corridor, as can be seen in the pictures... There is a black glass table and matching designer chairs that can accommodate all guests at meal time.

Next to the dining room, you shall find the bright and well-equipped kitchen, ready with all kitchen-ware in order to cook just like you do at home.

The Fontana apartment is at an excellent location which makes it a great and affordable choice for your visit to Valencia…
