The whole apartment is built surrounding a typical Spanish patio full of plants. Either if you are sit in the sofa, almost slept in the bed or having breakfast in the kitchen you will be watching at this colorful patio.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (queen bed and twin) and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, etc. There is another small patio close to the kitchen with 2 bikes, a washing machine and space to hang cloths after wash.

The apartment is located on an unusually quiet square in the Barrio del Carmen, at the heart of the Old Town. El Carmen has many excellent restaurants and bars offering some of the finest food in the whole city.
Just in front of the apartment is Torres de Serranos, one of 2 historic entrance gates to the city. On the other side of the gates is the old river bed of the Turia river, now converted into a park, where you can walk or cycle to the Palau and City of Arts & Sciences in one direction or the Bioparc in the other direction.
Most of the sights of the historic old town, including the cathedral, Lonja silk exchange and the Central Market, are within 5-10 minutes’ walk, as are many of the museums and galleries.
If you want to visit the beach or Valencia\'s port, you can either catch a tram from the station at Pont de Fusta or a bus at Torres de Serranos: this will take you straight to the coastal area of the city.

The apartment was ideally located in the centre of Valencia.
It was as described and was suitable for our family (2 adults & 2 children), with good facilities. Everything worked!
The property was clean and well maintained.
Communication was excellent through out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
There's lots to do in Valencia and most of it is nearby. We particularly enjoyed Ivam (Modern art Museum), the cathedral and Torres de Serranos for the views of the city. The City of arts & Sciences is a short bus ride away and is worth going to see for the amazing buildings.
Shopping is good and the Central Market is an excellent place to buy fresh food. The are numerous restaurants and it's worth exploring some of the back streets for these.
We had a great time and a week wasn't really long enough. -

Wonderful apartment in centre of Valencia - clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated. Perfect for a couple on a city break (in our case), but equally good for group of friends, or couple + kids, to use as base to explore the surrounding area. Beach is very close, although at New Year we made do with a walk to blow the 1st Jan cobwebs away. Our 1st experience of this type of accommodation, and definitely one to be repeated; considering a visit to the Fallas in March, and would not look any further than this little gem of an apartment. Owner welcoming and attentove, tho never intrusive.

I found the appartment close to all the main sites to visit. It was a short walk to the cathedral in the Plaza de la Virgen. There is lots of bars restarants near by for to chose. The River leading down to the beach with its futaristice buildings was breath taking.
We found the owner Susana more than help full with directions and help with the tram and buses with all her recomondations she made
We are planing to come back very soon later this year. -

mis mejores vacaciones que he pasado en valencia. el apartamento estaba muy limpio y me ha encantado me he sentido muy bien y la propietaria me ha dado todas las facilidades ha sido muy amable.

Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo a mi familia y mis amigos tambien
