Just 250 metres from the sea, the Residence is pleased to welcome you in its comfortable Apartments decorate and furnished in sardinian style, some one offers beautiful traditional decoration.
The Residence is situated near Valledoria, on the north of Sardinia, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Asinara, about 10 km from Castelsardo, 40 km from Porto Torres and 60 km from Santa Teresa.
Right in front of the Residence you will find the Restaurant/Pizzeria La Ciaccia, a bar, a supermarket, a shop of typical products, the hairdresser, the Church, free parking and free Wi-Fi. In Summer The property includes an outdoor swimming pool.

The Residence with Free parking at about 50 mt is just 400 metres from the white sands of La Ciaccia beach, 2 km outside Valledoria.
During Spring and Summer, the small square in front of the bar comes alive and open the Ice Cream Shop, the Focacceria / Bakery and the Butcher / Deli.
Near the Residence you can also play sports (by charge) such as tennis, horse riding, wind-surfing, diving, boat and bus tours, soccer and there is also the opportunity to take wellness treatments at the new Casteldoria SPA.
Local activities include surfing, canoeing and excursions around the Coghinas River Nature Park.
