Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We booked Byways for my dad's 65th birthday. As a large family group we wanted somewhere spacious and family friendly and the house did not disappoint. We all had a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and enough bathrooms so getting ready in the morning didn't take till lunchtime!
The house was immaculate and the owners had clearly spent a lot of time thinking about their guests needs even offering to get us some supplies from the local supermarket on our arrival.
The supermarkets (Morrisons and Tesco) are next to each other in Holyhead which is a short drive away and we found that nowhere on the island is more than a forty five minute drive away.
I liked the fact that the beach was a five minute walk away, the garden was large and had a good barbecue and the wii was a hit after our days out. We loved the house and would love to return -

A superb property which catered really well for all members of the family. The games room was well used and the property was close to several take-aways and restaurants.

What a beautiful house, Everything my family and I needed for a wonderful week away. Spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Conveniently located to amenities and the beach we fully intend to go back at some point soon. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Byways!!

We had a wonderful weekend away. We stayed as part of a girly weekend away for a 60th birthday celebration with family members. The house was great - modern decor, clean, and loads of space. The owners were lovely and made sure our stay was really special. The kitchen and dining areas were great for entertaining and the patio area was another bonus. The location was good as it was a short drive to the main beaches/resorts, there are good local shops for supplies, and there was a small beach within a short walk from the house. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for something a little more special than the usual rental cottages.
