The recently built Residence Les Chalets du Galibier is made up of 2 groups of 5 traditional-style chalets (with lift) which are located at the foot of the slopes, allowing you to ski back to the door at the end of the day. The ski lifts are a maximum of 200m away whilst t...he centre of Valloire is 1km away and most easily reached by the free shuttle bus which stops right outside the residence.

Each group of chalets has its own reception and indoor swimming pool (6m x 8m) which can be used free of charge. The sauna and steam room will help you to soak away any aches and pains and the on-site spa suite offers a range of massages and beauty treatments (payable).

Next to reception is a comfortable communal lounge area with an open fire. In addition to a pool table (payable) you will also find here daily newspapers and tea and coffee making facilities. Wi-fi access is available in reception (payable) and baby equipment (high chair and cot) can be loaned free of charge (subject to availability) as well as other useful items including hair drier and iron, board games and fondue sets. There are ski lockers and a left luggage room which can be useful on changeover day if you wish to arrive early or leave late.

The 1 bedroom alcove apartment for 6 people (occasionally split level but usually on one level) measures approximately 47m².

There is a living area with a single sofa bed and a single pull-out divan, a cable TV and a telephone. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, a microwave/grill, a fridge and a dishwasher as well as an electric coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

There is one twin bedroom and an alcove with twin beds. There is a bathroom and shower or two showers with separate WC. Apartments have a balcony.

Bed linen and towels are provided however beds are not made up prior to your arrival. This service is available for an extra charge.
