This house is located in Las Cruces a coastal town in Valparaiso, Chile, ( 90 minutes from Santiago's airport, and only 15 minutes from San Antonio and 90 minutes from Valparaiso city ). Several beaches are within walking distance as well as restaurants and a small grocery store and small local school. Las Cruces is a small summer vacation town for Chileans. You will be able to experience the Chilean culture fully in Las Cruces. The weather during the summer months is perfect with lots of sun, warmth and low humidity. Las Cruces, is a very relaxed coastal town. There are restaurants, a small grocery store, a small school and several beaches. There is also a marine biology study centre where students attend from all over the world. During the winter months, May - August it is a little cooler, rainy and windy and very quiet. Springtime is very quiet, September to December with relatively good weather. January-Feburary this beach town gets very busy with Chilean taking their holidays here and excellent weather.

The house was very comfortable for our group of 5, it is too bad that we could not enjoy the pool, Fabian the owner was very good to refer good place to visit and also some good restaurant, thanks to him, he was coming to the house everyday to check if every thing was fine.

This home is right near the ocean and multiple beaches, not to mention the private pool at the back. The house is airy and comferitable, fitting quite a lot of people. The house is amazing, but it wasn't the only thing to make this experience unforgettable.
I came to Chile not speaking a word of Spanish, but that hardly stopped people from talking to me. Everyone in town was so friendly, and I made life long friends in my next door neighbors.
My tour guide Fabian spoke fluent Spanish and made easing into the culture a breeze. Everything we needed was waiting for us. Definitiley going back.
