This is the best unit in Richmond area,central located, everywhere is so convenience within walking distant, unit came with (2) Private parking spots no extra charges like others, the unit is very secured you will not be afraid of any instruder at all. the unit was clean and well equiped it came with everything like your own Vacation Home. specialy the owner of the apartment were so responsive always willing to help, i.e. our flight was late arrival from lax arround 11:00pm and William Wong (owner)was waiting outside the airport and dropped us off(parties of 5), during the 11 days of stayed, because of the cold weather my little grandson was sick and we asked Mr. Wong to help, he was so kind and took him to the Clinic in the early morning and help us to picked up the medication in the same afternoon. not much to say William is the Best, we definitely recommended this Unit for anyone in Vancouver area.

Everthing was very Good. Owner of the condo handled us very well. Location of the condo is fantactic for us Who has two kids. ?t is very close to Richmond shoping mall, sporting facilities, walking areas. The Condo is just well designed and it seems to me quite a new.

Place was clean, quiet and convenient. Beautiful garden and recreational facilities on the 5th floor. There was reserved parking for 2 cars in the building garage. Only 4 blocks from the Brighouse metro station and Richmond Center mall. Many great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the Shanghai House. The only drawback was the place was bright very early in the morning. There were miniblinds but no room darkening curtains. The manager met us at 6:15 am for early morning check-out since our plane was scheduled at 8:15. We were able to return the rental car and make the flight. We were surprised to find that we went through us customs before we boarded the plane.

Excellent place to stay near center of Vancouver. At convenient location near the airport. Owners are very helpful and reliable. Rooms are clean and spacious. We were very happy to stay in this apartment during our short holiday in Canada.

My family and I stayed at this condo, and found that the location was fantastic. We could walk to Richmond Center (Maxim's bakery inside), Kirin restaurant (great dim sum), and the Skytrain in less than 10 minutes. We had a view of the mountains and Olympic ring, and saw plenty of sunlight. The parking spots were also great, and the beds comfortable.
The owner was incredibly responsive and professional, and made the whole reservation process very straightforward. -

William Wong and William Tang were very welcoming hosts. They accomodated our dates and ensured that our needs were met during our 3 month stay. We loved the bright daylight in the 17th floor condo and the convenient gym in the building. Being able to walk, bus, or ride train to anywhere in the city, White Rock or Vancouver island from this location is a big bonus when we don't have a car there. Will certainly go back.

As our proposed stay was for approx. 3 months, we were very keen to find the right apartment in the right location in Vancouver. We were also looking to deal with reliable people.
We feel fortunate that we found William's apartment in Richmond. William and his manager, the other William, have been an absolute delight to work with. People that say what they mean and mean what they say, and were very helpful and went out of their way to assist and accomodate us. Important for us was a fast Internet connection and a suitable desk for our computers. William ensured this was provided for us.
For example, our flight out of Vancouver after our 3 month stay was at 1:30am in the morning, our checkout was approx 10:30pm the night before. Unexpectedly, and to our complete surprise, William offered, and took us to the airport, complete with our 6 suitcases. Many thanks again William.
The Richmond location is excellant. The Richmond Centre shopping mall is around 5-7 minutes, if you leave the back way via the apartment's car park. The local PriceMart is also about 5-7 minutes walk away for all you grocery needs. The Skytrain takes approx. 25 minutes into the Vancouver City Centre. You can catch the Skytrain at Richmond or Lansdown station. A tip, catching the train at Richmond will ensure you get a seat.
All in all, a great location, a very comfortable apartment, great people to deal with and a very enjoyable holiday for us in Vancouver. -

The process of organising to stay in this apartment was extremely professional but also personal. The apartment was everything and more than what we expected, we were met punctually on arrival and shown around the apartment. The equipment and facilities were like new. The pool and hot tub were a nice added touch to what was already a super place to stay. The location was fantastic for the Oval and the train links to local areas was incredibly easy. The check out was also conducted in a professional manner and throughout we were treated in a courteous manner. The deposit refund was made before we got back to England!!! Thank you Mr Wong!

excellent accommodation, close to airport and vancouver. apartment is beautifully equipped and furnished and is accessible for sky train all over vancouver. there are an abundance of restaurents shopping malls and supermarkets within easy walking distance. we deiced against hring a car as we felt the transport system in Vancouver deem it unnecessary. this was the best holiday experience we have had and are returning next year. it is easy to see why Vancouver is one of the most desirable cities in the world

Excellent 2-bedroom appartment close to Vancouver airport without the noise. Close to major shopping center and restaurants. Appartment on 17th floor with great view of Richmond and distance Pacific Ocean. All modern and high quality facilities. Will not hesitate to go back when in Vancouver. Only down side is the nature alram clock at 5.30am in the form of the sea gull dawn chrous! Thank you for the excellent stay.

We have stayed in vacation rentals before but never have we had this kind of value for our money. Not only is the service friendly, professional, and accommodating, but the suite itself is gorgeous, bright, well located, and has great amenities (pool, gym, big-screen tv, wi-fi, and lots of cookware). But I don't want to race about the place too much because I'm scared it will get booked up solid and we want to be sure to stay here again next time!

This is an amazing apartment with great amenities. We stayed here for 3 nights and found the location to be very central to Richmond, Vancouver. It is a really nice area with shopping centers, markets, cafes, and restaurants etc all very centrally located. The apartment itself is very big and spotless and has every possible appliance you would ever need. Also had great communication with the manager from the moment I booked it and he really ensured that there would be someone there to meet us and show us around and he made check out very easy. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

My husband, my two young children and I just spent 3 wonderful weeks in this rental. It was the perfect space for our little family, with all the comforts and conveniences of home.
Upon arrival, the owner was very accommodating and gracious. He made sure we had everything we would need in the unit, from laundry detergent to paper towels and everything in between, for our entire stay. There were plenty of dishes, appliances, cooking utensils, and even a hair dryer in each bathroom. The condo was immaculately clean and truly had everything we needed.
Not only was the unit itself great, the location was outstanding as well. We chose not to rent a car for the 3 weeks we were there, and there was plenty to do and see within walking distance, including the Richmond Olympic Oval where we took our daughter ice skating. Excellent restaurants nearby, as well as a huge shopping mall and a grocery store. We took the SkyTrain into the city several times as the station was a very convenient walking distance from the unit.
I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the Vancouver area. We had an amazing experience there, much better than a hotel. Thank you William!!! -

We arrived in Vancouver airport around 5pm. Check-in is easy and the manager is very helpful. The building is located off the main street, away from the noise of traffic. Canada line is about 5 minutes walk away. Unit is clean, bright and airy. Equipped with all necessary items. Our stay is very enjoyable.

We stayed at the Richmond condo for 1 week In august 2010, it was absolutely perfect. There were four of us, it was very comfortable and we could walk to all amenities. We took day trips to downtown Vancouver and Whistler. I highly recomment the condo and hope to stay there again! Thank you very much William for accommodating us on such short notice!

This place was really clean, nicely deorated, and had a good location. Unlike regular hotels, it has everything you need like state of the art kitchen appliances, comfy couches, kitchen tables, a washer and dryer, even a cute purple blow dryer! All the TV channels we likes to watch were on the flat screen tv. The beds are comfortable, you have 2 closets plus drawers for your clothes, and the view is beautiful. (there is a balcony)

Great find- I'm so happy that I stayed here instead of a hotel. There were 4 of us total and the condo provided everything we needed and more. The condo was nicely furnished with comfortable beds, and have great amenities including in-unit washer/dryer, modern kitchen, cable TV, and exercise facility- which we put into good use. It's located in the heart of Richmond, so lots of good food just blocks away from the building. The drive into the city wasn't too bad either- about 25 minutes away, but if you don't want to drive, you can easily take the skytrain in. I would definitely try and stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver.

This condo is in an amazing location for easy access to shops and the sky train. The layout of the condo is ideal for two couples with each room having their own bathroom. The owner was more than helpful with regards to any questions or concerns we had. He was very friendly and easy to contact. Both the check in and check out was easy and convenient. I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a modern and cozy stay.

We rented this condo to be close to the Olympic Oval for speedskating competition at the Olympics. It was perfectly located -- 10 minutes walk from the Oval and 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants and the Skytrain. Couldn't get much better than that! The downside was having to carry groceries because we didn't have a car and we needed to buy everything we needed. But, that was minor because everything else was great.

This is a beautiful 2-bdrm condo in a great location. It was so bright and airy
- it's a corner unit and the walls are floor-to-ceiling windows! It was
impeccably clean and comfortably furnished. Everything is new and modern,
with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Two beautiful bathrooms so
no one fought for the shower in the morning.
The view was great, overlooking the common gardens and the Olympic 2010
Skating Oval. It is walking distance to downtown Richmond and quick access to
major routes to the Greater Vancouver area, by car or public transit.
I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone!
