Great service and good location but questionable value

The owner was very friendly and accommodating; at the beginning of my three month stay I was lacking space to put clothing and notified him of this, and he came over that day with a dresser to solve the problem. He was very easy to contact whenever I had questions or concerns, and check-in and out were quick and painless. The apartment was in great shape when I arrived as well. I did think the price was a bit steep in relation to some friends' downtown apartments that I visited during my stay. Still, the location was very good and amenities like laundry right in the apartment plus a full kitchen including a dishwasher were very nice to have.

This is the perfect place to stay in Vancouver

We left the cruise ship after a fantastic trip to alaska and were able to walk to the apartment which was situated about 5 minutes away and easy to find. All contact both before arriving and on arrival could not have been better and even when it was time to go to the airport a taxi was arranged for us. The service was excellent. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and great views. The position was ideal and within walking distance of many attractions, but only minutes from bus stops and train stations. There is even a car rental place across the road. Vancouver is a beautiful city, I only wish we had longer than 5 nights.

nice appartment with a great view in an excellent location

Well furnished, clean and friendly appartment in the 25th floor downtown Vancouver, very close to the waterfront and the convention center. Warm and friedly welcome by Shawn at our arrival (he even drove us to a grocery), immediate help with a minor problem in the bathroom (was fixed within hours). We had a really relaxed and comfortable stay - very recommendable appartement.

The location of The Plaza Suite was excellent - near shops,public transport, cruise terminal & tourist bureau. The apartment was well furnished & provided everything we needed for our stay.We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Shawn - he was prompt & delivered everything as promised & his directions were easy to follow.. Perfect place for a couple to stay & would certainly recommend.

Comfortable Condo at top location with magnificent view

What I liked best was the ideal location - everthing was in easy walking distance - shops, grocery, public transport and the cruise terminal - I stayed at the apartment before and after a cruise to alaska.
This flat is comfortable for 1 or 2 people. The furnishing is exactly as described and the photos give you a good and comprehensive view and impression of the accommodation.

Great location, good facilities

This apartment was very conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, the view was wonderful, and it had all the amenities we needed. Shawn was very helpful, answering all our questions prior to our booking, and being flexible to meet our arrival and departure requirements. It was great value for money.

Vancouver apartment with a great view and location.

We loved the location and view that this apartment provided. Shawn, the manager, was absolutely fantastic! He was very accommodating, prompt, helpful and polite. A couple of issues need to be addressed in order to make the stay more comfortable: a working air conditioner, a working dishwasher, top sheets for the beds, and extra pillows. The apartment was nice, but lack of the aforementioned made it less than luxurious. We would definitely stay there again if these areas of concern were corrected. Nice place otherwise!

It may have been a little but uncomfortable for your stay since there were 3 adults in the party. As we previously advised to you, the apartment is more suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
The portable AC was recently installed to address the short Vancouver heatwave. The cosmetic appearance of the AC may have shown it as not working but it was in a good working order and generally requires a set time to significantly cool the apartment. For the dishwasher, a repair maintenance order was in place and we were working to have this fixed. We also communicated that top sheets are not provided as all beddings are freshly laundered and changed before a guest stay.
Again, we sincerely apologizes for the inconveniences during the stay. Your review is very important to us and we will definitely work to rectify all matters. We look forward to your visit and stay in the very near future.

Condo was very clean. Great location, great views, fantastic way to experience Vancouver. Especially nice to have a kitchen and living room. Shawn was a great help too with local information.

Like being home but with a view

Enjoyed the everchanging scenes of the harbor. The building was quiet and felt very secure. Seating could have been a little more comfy,too stiff for us. But,the kitchen,bathroom,bedroom all were very accomodating.

A great vacation condo that was my home away from home

My visit to Vancouver was for business. Usually I stay at one of the many hotels throughout Downtown. But as a seasoned traveller, you often live past the novelty of staying at a hotel. I decided to go with a vacation rental as the stay was extended.
There are definitely the benefits of having a vacation condo. I felt I was staying in my very own home away from home. The condo came with a full kitchen which allowed the luxury for home cooked meals. I was even able to do some quick laundry(usually I'd resort to a dry cleaner or saving the load for when I get home)
The condo features expansive views of the Vancouver harbor. It was great that there was a gym and pool in the same building, as I was able to get in a workout and a quick swim. My only quirk was that the hot tub was not in service during my stay.
All in all, I would recommend the vacation condo and would stay again whether it was for business or even pleasure.

Olympic Renntal 2/17-2/21

We had a great stay. Shwan was prompt and very accomodating to get us checked in and checked out. The unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, right near the waterfront and close to many shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

Everything was good and Shwn Ho was very helpful going well beyond to provide advice and helpful hints to make our Olympic experience even better.
Only thing we would recommend is that more glasses and plates be included - there were only four of each.

really enjoyed staying in the condo over new years. we had a great view of the
fireworks going off around the waterfront. i would greatly recommend it to

Plaza Suite offers clean and comfortable accommodation with tran

Plaza Suite is located close to all amenities - Skytrain, Seabus and an easy walk to Robson Street for shopping. Only 2 small blocks from the Skytrain terminal makes it an easy walk with luggage, avoiding the hassle of cabs after riding the new and cheap Skytrain service from the airport.
The suite was clean and comfortable with views across the harbour to North Vancouver and the mountains - serviced from the Seabus/Skytrain terminal. The view is somewhat obstructed by tall buildings. The kitchen was well equipped and boasted an enormous stove. Security presence and efficiency was excellent.
The manager was helpful, pleasant, on time and accommodating which made booking in and out easy. For convenience to all amenities, it would be difficult to find more suitable accommodation.

Simply Amazing

Spent a weekend in Vancouver in November and was for a place that was convenient and offered a view of Vancouver's spectacular waterfront. I was truly amazed by the view of this unit and its proximity to everything in Downtown Vancouver allowed me to see what the city has to offer. The hosts were friendly and very helpful in giving us recommendations on what to see, where to eat and things to do. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I am certain everyone will be truly satisfied.
