We stayed in March 2013 with our two small children rather than rent a hotel room. This apartment is flawless and perfect space for a family. Check in and check out was seamless and Oded is the perfect host without being too 'present'. The apartment has all you need and more and is well situation to see the sights of Vancouver without the need for a car if you don't want one. Couldn't recommend it more.

This was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had! Oded was wonderfully gracious to accommodate us for a last minute rental w/ less than 24-hours notice. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Also, the building amenities (pool, game room, hot tub, etc.) were a much appreciated addition. We will be certain to book again next time we are in Vancouver!

We stayed here for four nights in august and found the accomodation to be well situated for access to all tourist attractions and restaurants.The flat was well furnished and clean.We felt very satisfied with our experiance and it exceeded our expectations.We had one minor problem whilst at the flat and the owner dealt with this within minutes.

Oded was very tentative and always available to answer any questions. The unit was nice and clean and in a perfect central location. There was a bank, pharmacy, Library, and grocery store all within a 5 minute walk of the condo. The pool and games room was a hit with our kids. If we are ever in Vancouver again, we would not hesitate staying here again. Thanks Oded!

We really enjoyed our stay in Vancouver and look forward to returning one day. The accommodation was great with alot of the family comforts you are looking for. We were a family of five so maybe in hindsight a little small for us in regards to sleeping arrangements but otherwise great. The kids loved the swimming pool. The study area is good also but does not fit the roll away bed as it is too narrow so was placed in the living room. Overall no complaints and would be happy to stay there again. Melbourne australia.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Pinnacle. The condo was extremely clean and was well-stocked. The location in Yaletown was extremely convenient--I.e. close to restaurants, sky train and lots of parks. The communication from management was excellent.

Right from the time we inquired about the unit, we had nothing but great service and helpful reminders and information from Oded. The day of arrival was made so easy with exact directions on how to get in, parking, etc. The unit was clean bright and comfortable and perfect for our needs. We walked everywhere we needed to go and the choice of restaurants in the area was plentiful. Would not hestitate to stay here again.

Mo Investment suites at 'The Pinnacle' couldn't have been better. The one bedroom suite offered us everything we could have asked for and more. We will definately stay here again if and when we return to Vancouver and we have already passed the information on to other people who will be travelling there within the year.It is located within walking distance to the centre of the city and many of the main attractions. Thank you so much to Oded who was extremely accommodating and was happy to help us with any questions we had.

We were here for 5 nights Feb 19-24 and found everything from reservation, to the suite itself and the checkout to be excellent. Being very close to every area in downtown Vancouver, renting a car was not needed this time. The suite was very clean, nicely furnished and had excellent amenities(Pool,Jacuzzi etc).
Don't expect a over sized 2 bedroom condo out in the suburbs, as this is downtown and everything comes a little small but this is plenty of enough space for 4 people.
One thing to note is that most people around the Yaletown area are the mid 20's "Yuppy" crowd, so you will see many young professionals and young women with their toy sized dog walking around everywhere. Quite interesting to see in Vancouver haha.
Will definitely return again and will recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver for leisure or business. -

We have had family/friends stay at Yaletown Suites in the past and as always everything was easy and wonderful. Oded makes everything user friendly and ensures you have everything you could need at your finger tips. The location is quiet (for downtown living), clean and close (walking) to everything.
We would recommend these condos to our friends and family anytime they came to Vancouver to visit, much better then staying in a hotel! -

The Condo was so wonderful! It was in a great location easy to access all I needed on my trip. The Check in process was very easy and the door attendant was very professional. The Condo was clean and bright and very well decorated. I was in vancouver for medical reasons and the condo was a great place to recover!!! I would highly recommend this vacation rental. The building manager was very kind and attentive as well. All in all a great experience I definatly will be back

First time for vrbo and it will not be the last. Our stay in Vancouver for the Olympic Qualifiers Jan 19 - 24, 2012 was more than we could have asked for thanks, for Oded and his staff at Mo-Investments. Our condo was exceptional, clean, spacious, walking distance to most attractions, secure and had everything we needed to feel like home. The attention to detail was first class and we will only ever stay there while in Vancouver in the future.

We recently stayed at the 2BR Yaletown in downtown Vancouver and had a wonderful time. We were a little worried about booking a place online but everything about this place was beyond our expectation! The location was fabulous and we were able to walk almost everywhere. Oded was great to work with and very accommodating. He made arriving and departing very easy and stress free. The place comes well equipped with music, movies, internet and a stocked kitchen. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed cooking meals and having all the supplies available for us to use! We will look forward to coming back and staying there again!

Lovely, comfortable, very well equipped 2 bedroom condo. Self-contained business center. Location is excellent, you can walk (safely)to shops and restaurants. Easy self check-in process, very accommodating for early drop-off of luggage. Favorite food markets: Urban Fare and Choices on Davie.

Unexpectedly, I could not use this rental and instead my aunt and my Grandmother used the time. The service was excellent and everything was seamless. My aunt enjoyed a week with all the comforts of home with her mother. My Grandmother said she loved every minute of it and did not want to come home. They especially loved cooking in the apartment and enjoying the foods they could pick up from a special grocery store nearby. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

Renting this suite was a wonderful experience. Oded is a very professional property manager, unlike others I have dealt with. In my opinion, this is the number one leading signal of a good rental property. It's clear he cares about the property and the experience you have with it.
Location:
The suite is right in the middle of Yaletown, central to many downtown Vancouver attractions, water taxis, etc. Everything was within easy walking distance or inexpensive taxi ride.
Appliances/Amenities:
There is a wonderful large television, DVD player, a library of music, movies and books. Wireless internet worked for everyone in our party (all at once, no less). Coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher were all nice stainless or brushed nickel finishes. The kitchen featured all utensils and cooking implements. We used the clothes washer and dryer many times and they worked well (if a bit noisy).
Decor:
The suite is decorated in a tasteful and elegant manner. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The couch and chairs in the living room were comfortable.
View:
The suite is on the 12th floor. The glassed in breakfast nook faces a large open city block bordered by the surrounding skyscrapers and office buildings. I often sat with my coffee in the morning and watched the city come alive.
Condition:
Everything in the suite was in good repair and kept in visibly good condition. Cleanliness was very good. The front of the building was always clean and elegant, with a security member always available.
Parking:
The parking space is underground in a secure area.
Rent this apartment with confidence. Our experience (3 adults) was excellent. -

I stayed here with my husband and father-in-law in april 2011 whilst we were on a holiday from australia. It was simple to check ourselves in and a great location with a drug store just down the street. We were able to buy some groceries and cook our own meals in the kitchen, but some great restaurants were also close by and within walking distance. There was plenty of room with the 2 separate bedrooms and was great having a washer and dryer. I'd definitely like to stay here again if/when we come back to Vancouver!!

The apartment was well equipped and in a very convenient location. It was clean and a nice place to stay. Only complaint is that the bedrooms are very small, however this is common in high rise apartments in Vancouver. I would recommend this place to others.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights with my partner and 3 friends. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well furnished. It was very close to the excellent bars and restaurants of Yaletown. The apartment is probably more suited to 2 couples rather than 1 couple and 3 guys but it still made for a great stay in Vancouver. We just folded away the spare beds when using the living room. Was great to be able to hang out as a group rather than meet in a hotel bar/lobby all the time. Oded was extremely helpful and answered all my questions very quickly.

We were quite impressed with the condo. It was so much better than staying a hotel. We only ate out once, for lunch. We weren't used to the noise of the city night, but I don't imagine it would be any better in any other condo. We slept fine, but it wasn't as quiet as in the suburbs.

I stayed in Pinnacle 2 with my two adult daughters and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was was in an ideal location, stylish, very comfortable and had every luxury we could have wanted. Any questions we had were swiftly were swiftly answered and the service to and from the airport excellent. It may have seemed expensive initially, but it was worth every cent!

The unit was very very hot during the warm weather -- not much of a cross-breeze at all -- but other than that, it was great. Service was amazing. Very clean, and kitchen was well-stocked.

From the first email till we left the suite, we were very impressed with the service. The initial emails provided us all the info that we needed and the friendly service answered all of our questions. When we arrived at the airport, the complimentary pick-up service was perfect. After a long, tiring flight, it was nice to not have to navigate and drive in a new city. The suite was more than we expected. It had everything we needed to be comfortable as soon as we arrived. The washer/dryer, TV, movies, music, and full kitchen, nice towels, sheets, made our stay very pleasant. We wish we'd had more time, to take advantage of the pool, gym, library and the small garden/park. The suite was a 5 min walk to shops, grocery stores, library, bus, galleries and many restaurants. You couldn't ask for a better location or accommodations.
Our only negative comment would be the sleeping cot that was provided. There was plenty of room to set it up, but the mattress had a permanent crease where it was folded and therefore it was not very comfortble. We would suggest it be replaced. This last detail, was minor, as our overall experience was extremely positive, and we hope to visit again next year. Thank you. -

Our stay during the Olympics was fantastic. We looked forward to settling in at the condo after action packed days at Olympic events. The location in Yaletown offered a variety of restaurants, shopping and live entertainment. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of four and the well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook.

Pickup and delivery was terrific and personal.
Condo was comfortable and great location.
Kitchen was very well equiped.
Pool and hot tub was a nice treat (little maintenance needed on pool bottom).
Good security.
We're pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness - dust under beds and sofas. Bathroom floor and tub edge needed a scrub.
Convient to grocery store, water front, Hop On Hop Off trolley, easy to get to Skytrain.
A great place.
