  7th floor studio condo, 1 queen bed, 1 double. The queen was great to sleep on, but the double - not so much. Mattress needs updating and it is contained in what, I assume, was once a balcony that was closed off to the elements. There's no room for anything else in that little area so not pleasurable for the claustrophobic.
  Not the landlord's fault, but the washer's agitator was broken so we could not do our laundry there. There were no kitchen towels or washcloths in sight.
  Because it is a studio, there is no dining table so one must dine at the glass bar which runs along the top and back of the kitchen counter -- two barstools are located there. Not a problem.
  The condo was well-stocked in the kitchen and bathroom as far as utensils, dishes, pots and pans, trash bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet tissue, etc. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven,
  Because of the city location, the street noise kept us up if we had the windows open.
  Condo was very bright, as one wall is all windows.
  Blinds were in desparate need of a good cleaning and they weren't in the best working shape.
  Building is very secure and neighborhood is not scary.
  One parking stall in underground parking below the building -- easy in/out.
  Only one block from Robson St -- lots of shopping - and about a half mile from Stanley Park -- love it! A couple blocks' walk to the waters of Coal Harbour.Wonderful!
  
  Jas, the landlord, is very accomodating and communication is timely. I would stay here again.
