The apartment has a good view, spacious dining and living room area, andL is central to downtown, Yaletown, and Granville Market. Good kitchen facilities, and close to an upscale food market.

Thank you so much for accomodating me at such short notice! The service was wonderful and the hosts were very polite and have thought of everything from the welcome/information binder (which was very useful, providing information on nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shops and attractions), to offering mini shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles and a hairdryer in the bathroom, to fully stocking the kitchen with all the basic cooking needs.

Visited Vancouver for a 2 month stay in September 2012 and really love the city. The apartment was in a great central location, close enough to all the shops and bars and still within easy walking distance to the beaches.
The apartment was modern and perfect for my needs. It was kept in good condition and the host is very approachable and helpful.
Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it (definitely a better option than a hotel for any length of stay)

Great place to stay whilst in Vancouver. Centrally located, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. Everywhere is accessible within 15 minutes walk!
Condo was perfect for our family and contained everything we needed for the week. The place was clean with excellent underground parking.
We would recommend this to anybody thinking of staying in Vancouver as it is both cheaper and bigger than staying in a hotel. -

The apartment is beautiful and well located. My stay there was great. The host was friendly. The apartment nicely prepared for holiday let. Enjoyed hike up Grouse mountain, a highlight of my visit and easy to get to by public transit. Great holiday overall.

The apartment was lovely/clean and the location perfect for us. Also they provided a baby comfort kit which helped with our little one. Service was friendly and prompt. Definitely made for a great time visiting our family in Vancouver, while having our space for the week.

Great location to enjoy Vancouver. We walked everywhere easily - to the convention centre, art gallery, sea wall, even granville island. Was in town for a convention with extra days Checked in late at night and was greeted warmly by alicia, who gave lots of local info and places to eat. Superb service. Everything we needed was provided for - with extra touches like snacks & juice. Really great when we got in so late and hungry.
Will hope to come back again. -

We stayed here for 6 days. Communication with the agent prior to arrival and while there were perfect. Accomodation is bright and modern and very well maintained. Location was perfect for us and not more than 25 mins walk to anywhere we wanted to be. There is a good balcony which catches the sun during the day. The view from it isnt good, but certainly doesn't detract from this great apartment. I would recommend this to anyone and would definetly stay again.

The fully equipped condo is located in a very secure building (with below ground parking) and is within walking distance (for those up to a little exercise) of many great eateries, Yaletown, the ferry landing to Granville Island, Gastown and Chinatown. We were met cheerfuly upon arrival and taken to the condo where we would enjoy our visit, provided a map of Vancouver, a list of attractions, and a thorough explanation the condo rules and things to do in the area. It's hard to pin down what was best about our visit... We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the comfort and security of the condo.

We enjoy staying with alicia and have been back 3 times to her apartments at Howe in downtown Vancouver. We make an annual trip and spend at least a week taking in all the local fare of the westcoast. there is a great sushi resto downstairs and Yaya cafe with fresh baked goods and of course Starbucks across the street. The apartment location is convenient and it's clean and nicely setup for even up to 4 guys sharing a 1-bedroom flat. Parking is great too! Highly recommend - the service if friendly and very personable.

Nous avons aimé le service attentionné d'Alicia et de sa soeur Émilia.L'appartement (la suite Charlie) est propre et confortable avec une vue dégagée sur la ville et à peine 15 minutes de marche de Gastown ou Canada Place.Plusieurs services sont accessibles à proximité:épiceries, patisseries,vins et alcools.Le seul désagrément: les bruits de la ville qui sont très présents dans l'appartement la nuit.

Everything including location was perfect. The only thing which caused a little bit trouble was leaving the keys if you have a car. Because you need it to exit from the garage. Getting into the garage it makes sense to use the room keys,but why use it while exiting?

Enjoyed our stay. Was in Vancouver for conference at Convention Centre, location was perfect, easy to use public transit. walk only 15 min. It was nice to have a base to get work in (really liked having Free wifi included). Property was clean, well kept, and lots of supplies. the hosts were very helpful & we greatly appreciate them accommodating our late check-in.

Visited Vancouver in March this year for a whole month. Enjoyed the location tremendously. Easy to walk to everywhere in downtown.
The apartment met our expectations. Clean, nice details and comfortable for our extended stay. Our host was very friendly and accommodating.
We would recommend this type of accommodation to other friends and family going back to Vancouver to visit. -

Chose to stay with Comfysuites at recommendation of friend. I didn't stay in the same unit but it was still a great location in downtown. Was really convenient to walk everywhere, Robson St, Yaletown, and even to Granville Island. Took the aquabus as suggested by my host (she had lots of info to share). The Public Market is one of my favourite places in Vancouver. The unit was very clean and felt like a little home away from home. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Appreciated having WiFi and a workspace which was great as I was in town to for business. Overall a wonderful visit to Vancouver and a place I'd stay again  when in town.

We were so happy with your apartment, especially the Free high speed wireless Internet. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is well prepared, really professional indeed. Great value. The apartment was well appointed and clean. And we were greeted warmly and given a walk thru of the place. It was well stocked with q-tips!, detergents, linens, paper towels, even a fruit basket with chips and juice which our kids loved after a long drive all day. We enjoyed our stay and loved our time in Vancouver. Also, parking was great especially being in downtown. Walked everywhere really convenient.

I booked a Comfysuite and stayed a week with my wife and 2 year old daughter in November. We loved it there!!! Check in was easy. We met up with alicia on the day and she showed us the parking, the unit, and the amenities. The suite itself is generously sized and well furnished. There is a great view from the deck, a big living room with a nice flat panel tv and stereo, a kitchen with dining room, and of course, a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. In short, it has all the comforts of home while you are away from home, and that is the thing we were looking for! Also something we were looking for was a central location in Downtown Vancouver. The unit was unbelievably well located right in the middle of downtown. It's close to Robson Street shopping, the restaurants on Granville, and the entertainment district where we watched a Canucks game. The only unfortunate part about our stay is that we had to leave after 7 days. We are in the Vancouver area now, but will definitely recommend Comfysuites to others.

we were looking for a place near downtown vancouver in between our moving and this suite was in a perfect location -near granville, shopping, museum, library, and false creek. the cleanliness and amenities of the suite and the building was definitely beyond my expectations. we also enjoyed the breakfast bar, beverage, and the kitchenware. the kitchen was equipped so well that it was like cooking at home. it was just awesome to enjoy yaletown while staying here. oh it was also during the vancouver international festival, it was definitely a huge bonus with the main movie theaters downstairs of the suite and in ten minute walking distance. i strongly recommend comfysuites!

Our downtown condo was a great place from which to explore all of what Vancouver has to offer. We could walk many places and transit is close by.
I would describe our condo as a beautiful retreat in the middle of a beautiful city. Having a full kitchen was particularly good, it was wonderful to have enough space to feel like we were at home.
