Sidonio's apartment has a great location - a short walk to shops and restaurants on Robson St., to Coal Harbour and Stanley park. Walkable to Granville Island and English Bay, Gastown. The space was perfect for two women since it has two bedrooms and two baths, but could accommodate a family or two couples. It was incredibly clean - thank you so much for that! And the building had good security and parking.
Only gripe was lack of supplies - no hand soap in dispensers, and no dishwasher powder. We don't mind buying tissues and paper towels,but are used to our rentals having the soaps we need without having to lug back large containers from local shops only to leave it behind.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vancouver. -

We certainly agree with the previous reviews. Ideal place for two couples or family to stay and much cheaper than hotels and B&Bs.; Interesting views from the apartment, very open and just a short stroll to the waterfront, Stanley Park, Canada Place, and the shops. We even got to watch the Canada Day parade from the apartment window. We do not hesitate to recommend Sid's apartment. It is just as described on the web-site - clean and well maintained and Sid is very helpful and trustworthy.

This is a very well located apartment, only 5 minutes walk from both Robson street and the beautiful waterside. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable with terrific views and the building itself is well managed and secure - not that we felt anything other than completely safe throughout our stay in Vancouver. The owner Sidonio couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating and we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully clean on arrival, it was great to have wifi and use of a phone, the beds were comfortable and generally it was quiet at night - apart from the evening the Canucks won the West coast cup!!! If I had any criticism it would be that the washing machine takes a very long time to complete a cycle and it would be useful to have a few more cups/mugs in the place. But these really are very minor points and we would certainly heartily recommend this apartment - you will not be able to beat it for location and the friendliness of the welcome.

Two senior couples stayed here for a week in July. Fantastic location: within walking distance to Coal Harbor, Stanley Park and the restaurants on Robson and Davie Streets. 2 bedrooms and two baths located in a newish condominium is extremely secure and came with a parking space also very secure. It was just the right size for four adults and had all the amenities including a flat screen TV and DVD player. It is owned by Sid Garcia who met us and walked us through the security and was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions. Vancouver is a great walking city and we certainly had a great time despite so so weather. Thank you Cid.

My daughter and I stayed here in June to visit UBC and Vancouver. This is a wonderful condo, in a perfect location to sightsee and walk to all downtown locations. The views from this unit are beautiful, including Stanley Park and Coal Harbor. Sidonio was the perfect host, being very gracious and warm, providing the necessary information to make this stay fun and easy with recommendations for all our needs. in this amazing city!

I recently stayed in Sidonio's fabulous condo for a week. We are a family of three, including a 1 yr old baby. Condo itself has everything you need. Two bedrooms with comfy beds, dishwasher, W/D, microwave, stove etc. Sidonio went above and beyond my expectations. He even provided a crib, a highchair and even a bathtub for my baby. I highly recommend this condo if you're travelling with a child. Location is perfect as well. Just a short walk from everything; Robson st, Sea wall, restaurants, shops, etc. This was my first vacation rental experience and I was nervous, but thanks to Sidonio, I think this won't be my last. Don't hesitate to rent this condo for your Vancouver trip. You will be satisfied, for sure!

I rented this apartment for my parents as we celebrated Dad's 80th birthday. It was perfect...Perfect location, perfect size, perfect view, perfect ameneties, and perfect building. But most of all, Sidonio was fantastic...very professional, accommodating, and helpful. He took the extra step to check on my parents after we left to ensure that they have everything they need.

We stayed at this apartment late august, early Sept. It worked very well for us, each couple had a full bathroom. Kitchen was well fitted out. I don't think we could have chosen better. The location is excellent, close to the waterfront; with great views. Free secure undercover parking was an added bonus - hotels in the area were charging up to $40 per day for parking. We found the beds comfortable (2nd room a tad small) but very livable for a few weeks. Best of all was the very personable owner, Sidonio. What an absolutely lovely man! He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, even recommending good restaurants, etc. before leaving us to enjoy our stay. We would love to stay there again.

We stayed for almost a week and were very happy with everything about our stay. Sid was a great host and welcomed us when we got there and let us know if that we needed anything he was just a phone call away. The condo is first class and has everything you need. The location is in the heart of Vancouver and walking distance to almost everything in the city. Great restaurants and shops are only a block away. We rented bikes and rode around Stanley Park and had a great time. Stanley Park is beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo rental to anyone looking to stay in Vancouver.
