455 sqft. Studio suite at the Ginger building, located at 718 Main St., on the edge of Strathcona and Chinatown. The suite is comfortably appointed with a queen size bed and natuzzi leather couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. In addition, the suite has in-suite laundry, cable TV and internet access. The modern bathroom has a soaker tub and rain shower, and a dual flush toilet for the eco minded. The covered balcony is approx. 100 sq ft and includes a BBQ. One secure underground parking spot is included.

The Ginger building is located on the edge of Chinatown, which is in the midst of a major rejuvenation. In addition to the established traditional Chinese shops, new residential buildings, pubs, lounges, cafes, coffee shops, hair salons and restaurants are springing up throughout the neighbourhood. All of this development makes for an exciting community in transition!

J'ai trouvé cet appartement via le site abritel. Les prix des hôtels sur Vancouver sont très importants. J'ai donc opté pour une location d'un studio... sans aucun regret !
Le studio est à la lisière de China Town sur Main street. Il est situé dans un immeuble de standing au 7eme étage (sans vue, ou presque). Il est parfaitement équipé, tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Lessive, détergent et même nourriture sont à disposition ! klauss le gérant est une personne gentille et agréable. Nous pouvions nous promener et rejoindre les quartiers sympas de la ville à pieds. Il y a même un bus qui va à Stanley Park. La station de métro est assez proche. -

If you are a newly-landed immigrant, I cannot recommend any other place to start a new life but this. All the conveniences of home are available and the place is strategically located near a Metro Vancouver station. There is a nearby mall housing a drugstore, moviehouse, grocery and a lot more.

Alan & Jason met us at the property to pass over key,show us how all operated & left us their contact numbers if any problem.The Studio Suite & public areas of building were perfect,clean, bright & safe.The home was fantastic,well equiped, modern & new,bacony with bbq & gas tank,starter items in fridge,tourist info,dvd's & books. Location close & direct route to downtown- 20minutes walk.Nice local restaurants & shops also.
The Studio felt like home,barely a sound from other apartments. If any negative it was that life started early on weekdays but Vancouver is a city & I would not expect different even in any 5* city hotel. Stayed 10 days & was sorry to leave. -

We were very impressed with this vacation rental. Allan was very helpful and prompt. The place was clean and tidy.
We were a little afraid that the location would be sketchy, but it wasn't at all and there was a great coffee place only a block away.
My only complaint would be that the bed was a little hard.
Overall we'd definitely recommend this suite! -

Stayed here for a few days. The location is comfortable - within walking distance to all areas. Bus stops nearby. Bus station was minutes away by taxi. The room is in a new building. The room was very clean, everything brand new. It's just at the entrance of chinatown.
