The apartment is located on the 23rd floor of the building and has magnificent views overlooking the North Shore Mountains, two ocean inlets and Gastown! It is conveniently located right beside the most efficient transit system in Vancouver (Skytrain station) and is walking distance to all the best rated tourist spots of Vancouver. Historic Gastown is within a 10 minute walk, which is Vancouver's new food and entertainment district. Located right beside Rogers Arena, this location is great for attending concerts, sporting events and shows!

Our unit has king bed in bedroom 1, with a private washroom entrance. The two washrooms are connected through and share the shower. The second washroom can be accessed from the main living room. We have a couch which transforms into a sofa bed in the living room. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed.

Getting around

We are conveniently located with access to the skytrain Only a two minute walk from the front door. Generally you can get a cab out front of the building within a couple of minutes, where you can get transportation to most areas of downtown for $10. Walking to your destination is a great way to see Vancouver, Gastown or Parq casino are a 10 minute walk, Yaletown is 15 minutes and Stanley Park is a 45 to 60 minute walk along the sea wall.

The views were good and proximity to Rogers Arena and Skytrain was superb for our purposes. A very good fit for our family to spend a week in downtown Vancouver.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
