My husband and I came down from austraila for Xmas 2012 break and stayed in the place for 12 nights. It's such a wonderful second home for us. We enjoyed it so much , it is centrally located, got a modern gym and most of all such a cozy home with a lot of personal touch. Owner has considered and prepared everything from tea, cooking oil to umberalla. Thank you so much Vicki. We truely enjoyed it and wish to come back one day.

This studio apartment is perfect in everyway. The communication before and during the stay were exellent and we were greeted by the concierge upon our arrival! The furnishing are great, it is very clean, and the location is the best! It is within walking distance of Stanley Park, the Seawall, the Convention Center and lots of shopping as well as other attractions. The owner desires to make it feel like home and it does in every sense.

Left on 09/14/2012 for a stay in August 2012
My boyfriend and I trully enjoyed our time in Vancouver!! We are so thankful to have found this beautiful studio/condo via Trip advisor (then Flipkey). It was my first time renting someone's home (vs hotel) but loved my decision (much more cost efficient). It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Vicki was so helpful, friendly, professional and welcoming. You can tell that it is important for her, that her guest enjoy their stay. She pays attention to every little detail (leaving maps, touristic pamphlets, yummy body shop soap for tub, tea, ear plugs/eye mask, umbrellas, etc. etc.) We immediately felt «at home». It truly felt like a home away from home. Beautiful condo, very comfortable bed (wich is a must) with a fantastic view of the city and ocean from far.
One of the best things about this place is the location!!! It was easy to get here from the airport. With Vicki's help, we were able to take the skytrain and walk from the station to the condo. Saved us alot of money!! The bus/sky train routes are close by and it is so easy to use in order to travel around town.
I suggest you take a city tour bus (hop on hop off type) so you can get a better sence of the city to start off your trip!! We were there 5 days in all and we visited the following : Day 1 (arrival in evening): gastown, canada place, Day 2: Tour bus : Stanley park, Granville island, Chinatown, Telus science world museum, Rogers arena, Day 3 : BC sports Hall of fame, Olympic village, Van DuSen Botanical Gardens, Day 4 : Grouse Mountain (+ eye of wind = wow), Capilano Bridge, Top of vancouver revolving restaurant. Day 5 (last day) : Aquarium, English Bay. We didnt get the chance to check out Robson street (where are the amazing shops are), but its only walking minutes away.
We'd do it all over again!
**Note : Not recommended for families with Children, but I highly recommend for a couple (romantic trip)
Thank you again!

I've stayed in Vancouver many times and know how difficult it can be to find good accommodations. This great apartment is in the heart of everything:within walking distance to all the spots. Parking can always be a challenge in Vancouver so it was great to have that available as well. I had booked my stay relatively late but the owner was quick to respond and was very organized. The building and the apt. was clean, comfortable and well set up. The washer/dryer came in handy too.
I wouldn't hesitate to email Vicki for my next stay.

Left on 08/18/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Classic high-rise studio apartment--tiny but complete. Perfect for one or two people. Great kitchen, fast wifi, wonderful bed, comfortable recliner and occasional seating, washer-dryer in-suite. Spotlessly clean, with apartment instructions and area recommendations easily at hand. We even watched Canada Day fireworks from the apartment.
Vicki has done this before--everything is down to a science. We had an unexpectedly very late (as in 1:30 am) arrival and she made it work with no trouble. She offered great communication, both through email and phone.
Location fit the bill--no car; we walked or used public transit with no issues. Bus stops within a block or so, Sky Train a bit further. With Robson St. a block away, restaurants and shopping couldn't have been more accessible. Urban Fare--a foodie's paradise--is just down the street.
A great base for our first Vancouver trip. -

On our arrival Sydney, the concierge was very helpful, he was fully informed about our stay and very efficient regarding getting us into the guest space.
First impressions are very professional and the apartment is very comfortable especially the bed, however I think that there is only space for a couple or two people happy to share the one bed. This apartment was exactly what we were looking for, good well equipped kitchen, lovely clean bathroom and fluffy fresh towels, on arrival I felt like we arrived in a suite at a hotel, this apartment is a very good choice for your Vancouver trip, we enjoyed the view over the city centre from the full length windows. -

From our first contact with Vicki, the very professional, so helpful and proud owner, we had no doubt that the perfect location was awaiting my husband and I. The studio is very comfortable, spotless, well decorated and had everything and more we needed; we felt at home immediately. The tower security and the concierge is a plus value. We loved the location; living in beautiful downtown but, at the same time, at walking distance of the Coal Harbour, English Bay, Stanley Park and the Lost Lagoon. We walked and biked a lot. We enjoyed very much our visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, our skyride at the top of Grouse Mountain, the view at the downtown revolving restaurant; all great places to catch spectacular sceneries. The highlight of our 2 days in Victoria was the visit of The Butchart Gardens; very impressive. We plan to return to Vancouver in 2014 and truly hope to stay at your lovely home Vicki; thanks for everything!

I and my husband had the most wonderful time in Vicki apartment. There was nothing which wasn't there. Even the smallest things were taken care off. The home was professionally cleaned and had all the amenities fit for 2. It was so conveniently located that I didn't spend a dime on travelling. Loved the organised way Vicki sent the rental agreement, it had meticulous details which made it so easy for us. The concierge was the best I've met, so cooperative. I've yet to see a fully accomplished apartment taken care by love. Looking forward to my stay again next summer Vicki. I almost felt that I was living in my mothers home, warm and perfect. Besides Vicki was too accurate in direction of how to arrive and the drawers had all the attractions, services one would look forward to in Vancouver as a tourist.

As a single woman traveling alone, it was important to me to be in a safe neighborhood, which this definitely was. The proximity of restaurants and grocery stores, plus the ability to walk anywhere downtown were also a plus. Finally, the security features in this building were amazing. Even in the unlikely event someone managed to get by the two doors in the garage, they couldn't get into the stairwell and if they bypassed that somehow, the elevator would not take them anywhere! Absolutely amazing.
Also worthy of mention is the helpful owner of the condo, who made my stay easier with lots of great information and support. If I am in the Vancouver area again, I would definitely consider staying here. The condo is not large, it had everything I needed and would be fine for a couple. -

I stayed for a week, using the apartment as a base while visiting my daughter, and it really felt like 'home'. I loved the apartment - small but with everything I could possibly need. Well equipped, to a high standard, and very clean and tidy. High rise living is new to me and was an adventure in itself. I expected to find it noisy but this wasn't a problem.( Ear plugs are even provided in case it is!) Loved the views of life going on around me. The position of the building is excellent, with easy access to the shops of Robson, the waterfront and Stanley Park. Plenty of information is provided to help you find your way around. I definitely recommend this rental and hope I can go again.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including a fitness centre) for a perfect stay in the Coal Harbour area of Vancouver. So much to see and do in a walk from the front door. We kept busy for 2 weeks taking in the the attractions, breathing the sea air, simply walking about and enjoying the variety of food that was available in the area. This really worked for us.

I stayed here for a week while attending a conference at the Convention Centre and had a great time. The location is perfect because you can easily walk all over downtown Vancouver from there. It's a small studio apartment, just right for one person or a couple. Very clean, bed is super comfy and it's nice and quiet (and I'm a very light sleeper). The nice thing about renting an apartment is that you can take advantage of having a kitchen by making a trip to Granville Island and buying out the farmer's market there...I highly recommend doing this. Robson St is also a block away (good shopping) and there's a great ramen place a block over, at 747 Thurlow. Other than that-apartment building staff were very courteous and it was a pleasure meeting the owner, if only over email/phone. Would definitely stay there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed 10 nights here and we were very pleased with the unit and the location. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. We are frequent visitors to Vancouver and we found the location close to Robson excellent. We didn't have a car but arrival and departure was a stress free 15 minute walk from and to the Canada line. Vicki is a pleasure to work with and we hope to stay again.

My husband and I stayed in Our Guest Space in the Lions for 18 days and we were delighted with all aspects of our stay in this lovely, central apartment. Everything about our stay ran so very smoothly, from booking right through to leaving Vancouver. Vicki was always on hand to answer any queries we had. The apartment was great and we were so glad we did not book into a hotel. There was everything you could possibly need in the apartment and so much more. Great views, comfortable bed and it is so central,we walked most places. My Husband managed to find time to run round the sea wall in Stanley Park on seven occasions as it is so near to the apartment. He absolutely loved it as he is a keen runner. We spent an overnight in Victoria, went whale watching and flew back to Vancouver by float plane. Fantastic!! We also hired a car and stayed in Pemberton and Lilouette.Saw some breathtaking scenery. At the end of our mini travels it was great to get back to the comfort of our wee home from home in the Lions. We loved every single moment of our holiday and the only disappointing part was the rain.If ever we were in Vancouver again I would hope Vicki would allow us to stay in her apartment. No where else would do!!!

I was so pleased with the comfort, location and excellent contact from the owner of the apartment. The apartment was very well located, very close to main shopping and restaurants on Robson Street (about 2 minutes). It is also about a 15 minute walk to Stanley Park and less than 7 minutes to the waterfront. The apartment building was quiet, secure and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment, itself, was very comfortable and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Vicki, the owner, also provided professional and personable contact and was very welcoming. I am a well seasoned traveller and would highly recommend this apartment. It provides all round excellence!

I had such an amazing time staying in this Condo. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was everything thing that I needed in order to have a pleasant stay.It was very comfortable and the view from the condo was spectacular!
The condo is located right downtown and is within minutes of Stanley Park and lost lagoon. As well, you can head to Robson st. and within seconds are surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants. We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Great kitchen (we cooked most of our meals), comfortable murphy bed, great views (watching skyscraper window-washers with binoculars was amazing!), and great location. We walked and biked everywhere, including all over nearby Stanley Park and the Seawall, as well as English Bay and the Sunset Beach. The apartment was well appointed and had many thoughtful details. There were good grocery stores nearby and it felt very cosmopolitan for the two of us country bumpkins from rural Oregon.

Staying in the West End is always my first choice when visiting Vancouver and this Vacation Rental is perfectly situated. It's in a great neighborhood where people are very friendly and there's lots to see and do. It's close to great eateries, gorgeous beaches, parks and shops. It's also an easy walk to the business district, convention centres and float planes. It's an ideal location!
When I arrived I was greeted at the front door by a friendly and very helpful maitre de and that set the tone for my entire stay. It seemed each time I was going in and out of this place, people were friendly and smiling and now, I know why. It's such a wonderful part of the city. Many people I met had lived in this building for years and they were willing to share lot's of tips and suggested neighborhood treasures that I might not have found by myself.
As for the suite itself, it was perfect. The suite was laid out with a lot of thought and care and everything I could possibly want was already there. A full kitchen with all the necessary gizmos. The bed was very comfortable and the view is lovely. It's very much like a home away from home and I'm looking forward to my next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Our Guest Space in the Lions! The location of the flat was perfect, the parking made life easy in down town Vancouver and the apartment offered the perfect holiday stay. A great wee apartment in a wonderful location: 2 minutes to Robinson Street and a 10 minute walk to Stanley Park makes this a central location for all the key tourist attractions. The owner Vicki made all the transactions very easy and offered a friendly and prompt service. The flat gives you an insight into Vancouver living, with wall to ceiling windows in the heart of the city and underground parking, we loved living the city life for a few days. I would highly recommend this self-catering accommodation, we have travelled extensively and will definitely be returning to this gem of a vacation rental!
