I have traveled to Vancouver each year for 2 and 3 week stays and have stayed at various studios and hotels this by far is the best choice that I could have made.
Greg is a gracious host and provided me a great place to stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
Upscale gym facilities with large pool saunas and spa was a great way to start my day.
Greg even had coffee and tea available had a fantastic stay and will be back.

We stayed for 10 days. The studio is very well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. The central location enabled us to walk virtually everywhere we wanted to go. Access to the gym and swimming pool was a welcome bonus. For an extended stay in Vancouver this is an excellent place to stay.

The owners were very welcoming, hospitable, and responded really well to my needs and comfort. Though small, certainly includes all the modern amenities (including laundry facilities within the building) and room enough for a single traveller or 2, who would be quite comfortable with each other in close quarters. The locale is highly convenient and everything one needs is near by: supermarket, drugstore, and the like. Because the (secured) residential tower is within a major hotel complex, a guest can enjoy hotel amenities such as its day spa, fitness room, and others. For transport in and around Vancouver, I relied on BC Translink (public transport), and this residential location couldn't be more accessible to the public transport's network! Overall then, I enjoyed quite a comfortable stay...no complaints.

This gem is on the 7th floor of the apartment block of the Sheraton Wall Centre. Totally equipped with comfortable big bed, lounge/dining, comprehensive kitchen and bathroom (with fan). As an apartment 'guest', you also get to use the hotel's swimming pool and gym if you wish. The only down side is that the laundry is coin-operated, in the basement.
If, like us, you do not have a car, the buses are a breeze and the drivers always friendly. Vancouver is pretty walkable; between bus and foot we covered everything we wanted to.
Greg, the apartment's owner, could not have been nicer; we were greeted, briefed and made to feel right at home.
Highly recommended; will not disappoint. -

A wonderful place to stay in Vancouver for location and facilities. The apartment was super clean when we arrived. The kitchen and all utensils were spotless. A very comfortable studio with nice decor and well kept furnishings. I especially appreciated the free internet and phone with free calls to the us and Canada. I loved the fitness centre with it's hot tubs and pool. A great way to start the day. The view of downtown Vancouver with a glimpse of the mountains was spectacular and at night took on a rather magical touch as the little fairy lights lit the trees. Greg was the perfect host and did more than expected to make us happy.

I am a consultant with adult children and their families in Vancouver, as well as some clients. I needed a rental with good communciation set-up (wifi, phone etc), good location / access for my downtown client meetings, good access to public transit, car2go etc., and a well equipped kitchen and fitness center so I can eat the food I like and stay healthy. This unit has it all. The finishings are very comfortable(great bed and pillows!) and the condo was clean, and easy to keep clean. Quiet too which is a plus for a downtown location. I used the spa services next door at Vida Spa and while services are a bit pricey being able to walk to a massage is a luxury. Greg was very accomodating and checked in to see I had everything I needed which I did. I recommend this unit highly and will be back!

The apartment is exceptional in all aspects from cleanliness, security, and comfort. Including all the luxuries including television, internet, dishwasher etc. Additionally you also have access to the gym & pool and is super close to everything you could possibly need. From the grocery store, to the cinemas to public transport.
A friend of mine who lives in Vancouver said that it was 'the best position I could get in downtown Vancouver'.
The owners were absolutely wonderful and super helpful and a complete delight who bent over backwards to help me settle in on the day I arrived. I couldn't imagine anyone more lovely.
I honestly do not have anything negative to point out as I didn't have a single issue whilst staying there for the month that I stayed there. -

This is a fantastic condo when visiting Vancouver for business or pleasure. The location is central to shopping, restaurants, museums, CBD, the seawall, convention centers, etc. I stay here during every business trip because it feels like a home away from home. It's comfortable and well maintained. Greg is accommodating and I don't have one complaint! I've stayed at this condo at least six times, if not more! If you're looking for an alternative to a hotel room, this is a fantastic choice!

We stayed here back in July and had a great time. The suite itself is very clean and modern, has lots of light and large windows.
The location is awesome as it's close to everything, including the business area, shopping on Robson, coffee shops and restaurants on Davie and Denman, beach (English Bay), ... (withing walking distance from all of these)
The building is part of the Sheraton complex. So we could use the Sheraton gym and swimming pool. There is also a security guard /concierge downstairs. There is an indoor path to the gym & pool area in case it's raining outside.
The manager (Greg) is very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. He actually picked us up at the train station and gave us a ride to the place when we first came in. -

We found the location of this rental to be very convenient to any area of Vancouver that we desired to explore. The Wall Center location, aside from being very classy, was also extremely secure. The owners were very helpful to acquaint us with the local area, and and to offer their assistance during our stay. We were both very happy and only wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks, Greg !!!

Everything about this condo turned out to be excellent. The furnishings were all new, big screen tv, the kitchen was fully stocked with plates and pots and pans etc, there was even coffee, tea and sugar!
Excellent location just blocks from Robson St. and the art Gallery. We even walked to Stanley Park. There is an IGa a block away and also a pharmacy. And it had a great view as well. We're definitely coming back here.
