Our Loft Suite features a comfortable living area, queen size bed, kitchen with dining table, full bathroom with large claw foot bathtub & shower, flat screen TV’s, DVD, CD/IPOD/AMFM, complimentary WIFI and a private balcony with outdoor seating.
Best location in the city! 5 minutes from famous 4th Avenue and all its shops, stores, restaurants. Located close to Kits Beach & very convenient to public transit routes to anywhere in the city.

My experience was wonderful right from my first correspondence with Mark and Carly, to always finding a parking spot each day. My suite was furnished and stocked with every amenity, appliance and utensil you can think of or would want. You can tell that 'guest experience' is important to Mark - the house is beautifully kept, the services and amenities provided are above what you might expect and replies to my inquiries were always handled promptly and with a true sense of caring. I was looking for a place for 9 days while on business in Vancouver - I feel fortunate to have found Kitsilano Suites. Thank you!

Our stay in Aug 2012 was perfect in every way: from the email contacts with Mark Diesvelt to the comfortable, clean suite (201) and the beautiful and quiet location. One of the best places my husband, son and me stayed during our holiday in British Columbia and the North West Coast of the USA! We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and relatives.

This studio loft is ideally situated between the shopping areas and eateries on 9th and 4th. I stayed in another suite in this lovely home several years ago and look forward to my next visit very much. Everything about it is perfect--private, quiet, convenient, and spacious.

We enjoyed immensely this sparkling clean, tastefully appointed, fully stocked studio. We stayed here for our last trip as a couple before the birth of our son and could not have been happier. We could have cooked a gourmet meal in the kitchen but instead enjoyed meals out. The house and apartment are beautifully and thoughtfully renovated with period details yet all the conveniences of modern life. The bed is really nice. We loved the deck overlooking the pretty back yard. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. We didn't have a car and didn't need one - location is perfect for walking to Kits Beach or catching buses to UBC or downtown. Mark is very nice and helpful. We'd stay here again absolutely!

There is nothing the owner has not thought of to make your stay the best it can be. The kitchen is stocked with virtually everything you might have in your own kitchen, and the bathroom, though compact, also provides an ample supply of extra towels and other necessities. The unit is cozy and I feel very safe in this home.

This apt was in a perfect location to wander around Kitsilano and beyond. We loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, the water and even Granville Island. It was also very convenient for catching buses to downtown. The apt was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the very well-designed kitchen with the adjacent deck for morning coffee or evening wine, and the nicely equipped bathroom.
We'd recommend this to other couples seeking a charming alternative to the usual hotel. -

Everything has been thought of in this gorgeous studio on a quiet street in Kitsilano. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The kitchen, though small, is extremely well-equipped with high-end equipment. We found everything we needed. The owner was accessible any time we needed to reach him and was very accommodating. I would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Mark is a great guy, very helpful.
The apartment is perfect for one or two. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing, you have everything you could possibly need. There is nice balcony facing the back yard for your morning coffee.
The neighbourhood is in Vancouver's best area, close to supermarkets, shops, cafes. Many bus routes too.
