Dunedin, NZBeautiful luxury and reasonably priced apartment in downtown Van
Left on 08/20/2012 for a stay in July 2012
This apartment is in the building of a gorgeous hotel. It is well-equipped,well appointed and the building has other facilities such as a lap pool. Everything was of the highest quality and the owner was wonderful to work with. Despite us being in NZ, him being in the States and the apartment being in Vancouver, the communication was easy and quick. He also credited my card as the date of our stay approached, as promised on the website (this is a deal related to whether other condos are rented out at that time.) This made it very affordable for us. Any type of food is available at street level below the condo, yet it is a quiet and restful space.
Vancouver itself is a dream city; friendly people and thousands of indoor and outdoor things to do. We loved the sea all around and Beaver Lake in Stanley Park.
Our only regret was that we had only two nights there; we'll definately be back for more! -

Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Room furnishings a little dated, but more than compensated by the low cost of room. Avoid paying daily fee for wifi by using Main Vancouver Public Library, one block away, which has free wifi after you obtain a free internet access card.

You never really know what to expect when you book a hotel that's not one of the big brand names. I was pleasantly surprised with this timeshare. The size was ideal for the two of us. We wanted two double beds, but we got a room with one queen. Luckily the sofa was a pullout so that was helpful. The kitchenette was so ideal. The fridge was pretty spacious. It came with pretty much everything. Having a kitchenette saved us so much money on eating out. The location was super key. We were really in the heart of everything. Anywhere we wanted to go was either a 5-15 minute walk away or to a bus stop. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Louisville, KentuckyGreat Location and Price!!!

We were fortunate enough to find a great place to stay in Vancouver in the Rosedale on Robson. We got a great price on a five day stay and were able to walk everywhere as we explored the city. Great restaurants were nearby in every direction. Our only problem was the moldy/mildewy smell that was evident in the sitting room which was the inside room of our suite/hotel. The bathroom was clean and modernized. The bedroom had a great view from the eighth floor and after opening the one movable window for a few hours, lost the mildew smell. Unfortunately we were never able to get the mildew/mold smell to go away from the sitting room area but we weren't in our hotel that much. The desk tried to help but we think the air conditioning unit needed total cleaning and maintenance. It was also only cleaned in a cursory way as we found a shoe under the bed and lots of dust on both T.V.'s with popcorn/potato chip pieces on the floor in many places. Overall, if we had gotten a different unit, we would be rating this a 5 star deal.

Thank you so much for the specific feedback. Your comments have been sent to corporate. The staff at Rosedale on Robson is paid to properly maintain and clean these units. I already received a reply from corporate that this is unacceptable and this will be addressed.
I also appreciate you pointing out the positive aspects of the unit and resort. I strongly believe you can look forward to a 5 star stay next time you emjoy any of our resorts. -

The location is amazing, the rooms are clean and they include all the amenities you could need whether you're staying one night or one week. Good value for the price too. Not to mention booking Vacation Internationale was easy, fast and they were very friendly.

Sydney, AustraliaA Very Pleasing and Positive Experience !
Left on 04/23/2012 for a stay in April 2012
I stayed at Rosedale on Robson on 4 different occasions over a 3 week period (travelling away to the mountains on each weekend).
Each apartment stayed in was different, with slightly differing furniture and differing layouts. However, each of the 4 was excellent. 2 of the 4 units had an 'internal' living area without an outlook, but all 4 units were clean, tidy & well furnished.
All had some outlook, or view, over the city but only from the bedroom in 2 of the 4 apartments that I stayed in. All were complete with cutlery/utensils etc. and all of the services functioned cleanly and efficiently (eg. showers, WCs etc.).
The location is excellent (downtown and close to the Yaletown cafe and restaurant strip), and the lobby , although a little tired in decor , always had friendly approachable staff on hand.
I will gladly stay at R on R net visit to Vancouver and would definitely recommend Rosedale on Robson for any stay in Vancouver, as it was warm, clean and very comfortable.
